Even with a thermos flask, we ALWAYS fill it with boiling water to "warm up" first. This means the metal inside is already hot, so your beverage will stay hot even longer.

I wish i had the space for all thrm nice boxes and accessories. I have 2 young children who both dislike the school food. So i have to do packed lunches for them. I have lots of bits for them and would love to buy more. But lack of space meqns i have to shove them here and there around my tiny kitchen (greatful to the all mighty for that)

FYI: The thermos don’t NEED to be heat activated, it depends on what you’re putting in them and for how long. Anything cooked in an air fryer or heated up in a microwave (these tend to cool down quickly on their own) can benefit from the thermos being preheated before closing. But for things like fresh hot soup or something right out of the oven, it should be just fine going in. My role of thumb for my kid’s box if it’s a food that cools down quickly (like in less than a minute) on its own, I preheat the thermos. If it’s a food that takes a long time to cool down without blowing on it or something then it’s fine to go in.
I decided to log in an add money to her account so she could get ice cream and saw she had been getting breakfast and lunch every day. She eats breakfast at home and i fix a nice lunch. She said she eats it all🤦🏾♀️ its free so i just fix a smaller portioned lunch and breakfast
I wish my mom made my lunches in was in 3 grade making my own lunches which was a bag of chips. Most of the time I didn’t eat. It warms my heart to see parents make lunches for their kids. I’m def not letting my kid do it.
Hawaiian rolls, marinara sauce, pepperonis, and for my oldest i add dairy free cheese. My youngest does not allow any cheese of any sort on her food. I have taught them how dangerous it could be if they consume dairy such as cheese and milk so we have to use the dairy free options.

I think it's awesome that you do that for your kids but I think what I appreciate the most is that your thoughtful enough to put a paper towel underneath the pizza so it soaks up the condensation because there's nothing worse than soggy bread or pizza
