The copy for this channel is SO well written. As good as any network-TV-produced documentary, IMO. And, unlike many TH-cam videos on football, the clips actually follow the narration. When you talk about L'Jarius Sneed, the clip actually shows L'Jarius Sneed. Great work all around!

Yes they will. if Veach can keep Jones & Sneed, and Hit on a top flight receiver in the Draft. Keep MVS & Hardman. Give time for the 1st round WR to become WR1 by end of the season. Chiefs offense could go back to unstoppable status. And Chiefs Defense can continue their run of dominance with the Fab 5 still in the secondary with Sneed. Also We need to Sign or find another player like Tranquil in the FA market.

Agreed. Alex Smith was great. It was a brilliant decision by Andy to have Mahomes watch and learn from Alex Smith that first season. Patrick is obviously on a different level than all other QBs and he already had greatness inside him, but I think Alex really helped him in how to be an elite NFL leader without loosing himself which we’ve seen happen to young QBs when they come into the league. Don’t get me wrong, I think Mahomes would’ve been great either way. I just believe Alex was the perfect role model for him. ❤️🙏🏼🏟️🏈🏆🏆🏆🏆CHIEFS KINGDOM FOREVER🏆🏆🏆🏆🏈🏟️🙏🏼❤️

Coaching is important in character-maintenance in this sport. Success comes with patiently doing your job, and we have seen that in '23 more than ever. To see it with superstars at nearly every position is impressive, especially with so many young players. What the Chiefs have is the character-building coaches and kids listening to them with Superbowl winning experience. A lot of them have TWO rings, and a few have THREE Superbowl Champion rings.

Great video! Just one minor correction: the Chiefs did get the first round bye during the 2019 playoffs but it was as the 2 seed, not the 1 seed. Obviously not a big deal, but I'll never forget that because of how they got the 2 seed (for anyone that doesnt remember, that was the game where they needed to beat the Chargers AND have the Patriots lose to the Dolphins, and Ryan Fitzpatrick pulled out some insane Fitzmagic to take the lead and the win over New England in the last couple of minutes. Kevin Harlan was calling the Chiefs game but noticed what was happening in the Dolphins/Patriots one and started gving a play by play on that one too. He was asked "I'm confused, which game are you calling" he answered with my favorite moment in NFL broadcasting, "I'm calling both games!" There's an NFL Turning Point video about it, I'd highly recommend it, it's great)

The magic of Andy Reid is in his knowledge of everything that he stores and recalls. He credits EVERYBODY and finds no loss of prestige in listening to reputable people as well as the stadium custodian with an observer's suggestion. Patience and learning as you listen makes this humble man wear his greatness like a comfortable old shirt. Who is dumb enough to criticize that?

Thanks for the timeline here. Such a job by the Chiefs to make sure they drafted Mahomes and then built some other pieces around him with a great offensive mind in Reid and Spags the defensive mind. The team in this short span has evolved and not the high scoring , high flying offensive team they were in the first two or three seasons, but I think their more cerebral approach at offense without Tyreek has actually been a major blessing in disguise and let Mahomes mature and build his game, especially the last two seasons. What a fun team to watch!

Undoubtedly, Patrick Mahomes deserves the most credit for this dynasty, but Steve Spagnuolo doesn't get NEARLY enough credit. I will never not be of the mindset that losing that AFC Championship to the Pats was the absolute best thing that could have happened to this team. I, without a shadow of a doubt believe the Chiefs would have beaten the Rams in that Super Bowl, and teams that win Super Bowls aren't typically in a hurry to be firing/replacing members of their coaching staff. I'm talking of course about then Chiefs Defensive Coordinator, Bob Sutton. Sutton was at least two years overdue for being fired at that point, and as great as Mahomes was in 2018, even he couldn't overcome Sutton's awful defensive schemes in the biggest games. So, everyone should give a big thanks to Tom Brady. If the Pats don't beat the Chiefs in that AFC Championship, then the Chiefs likely never fire Bob Sutton, the defense stays awful while the offense slowly declines, and Andy Reid is still seen as the coach who can't ever win the big games.

    ⚠️ Warning ⚠️
Doubting the Chiefs has been shown by the state of Missouri to carry the following side effects:
    1. Winning seasons by the the Chiefs.
    2. Lamar Hunt Trophies returned home.
    3. Lombardi Trophies not seen by other NFL teams for years at a time.
    4. MVP seasons for Chiefs QB's.
    5. Super Bowl Rings given to Chiefs players during "rebuild" years.
See your doctor if you experience any of the following: poor performance by other NFL teams, lost games by other AFC West teams, belief in other QB's being better and / or death of your teams payoff berth.
Do not consume alcoholic beverages while doubting the Chiefs. Do not doubt the Chiefs while pregnant or breastfeeding, as this could lead to your child becoming a bitter Raider's or Bengal's fan.

People can say what they want but Patrick didn’t lose to Brady, Brady literally won by coin toss only. Which is unfair. Which is also why the NFL changed those very rules once Brady was gone. How unfair was that. It’s like as long as Brady was playing they could guarantee he won with a toss but once the Chiefs beat the Bills in this very same way OHHHHH so now the NFL feels those rules are unfair and changed them. Had Patrick won the flip the Chiefs would literally have 4 Chips in 6yrs. That’s crazy

respectfully trading up to the 10th place in that draft was the GREATEST draft move in NFL HISTORY! It's better than PATS taking Brady last place. The Pat's selecting Brady last was a zero risk all reward pick. whether he was good or bad it wouldn't have mattered Was the last pick!! Chiefs went 12 and 4 the year before that. They were a perennial playoff team. They jumped to 10th place and took someone that every other team were looking over. Other teams knew he Had potential But they saw him more of a project than anything. Only the Chiefs knew what he truly was. by the way it wasn't Andy Reid It was the chiefs GM who went hard for Patrick Mahomes. The GM is who convinced Andy Reid to take Patrick Mahomes. The Chief knew he was special but obviously with a generational talent like him it's impossible to have known that he was going to be what he is today. which is hands down the BEST quarterback to ever play. AND I'M NOT SAYING THIS IS A FANBOY ONE THING ABOUT SPORTS IS NUMBERS DON'T LIE AND HIS NUMBERS SAY THAT HE'S THE BEST EVER! by the time he's done he will be the greatest ever..We will never see a move like that again because now teams are looking for players like Patrick... now teams are looking for players that throw from different arm angles and off platform positions that In the past would get a QB benched!!. They found lightning in a bottle. Like Michael Jordan not being the first pick but the third pick the Chiefs picked Patrick Mahomes 10th

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

Stop it now!! Chiefs are 🚫 NOT a dynasty people!! A dynasty in ALL major league sports is a team that wins it ALL in 3 out of 4 consecutive seasons period!. This team won 3 ALLS in 5 years. Do you all not understand the difference?? O I forgot, we live in a era that doesn't even know gender. Sorry to bother you. Carry on

Hot take but chiefs dynasty is more annoying than the patriots dynasty.

They might be more annoying, but I find them significantly more tolerable overall. The quarterback is significantly more athletic, the head coach is a big ol' cheeseburger-lovin' walrus with a snakebitten history, the defensive coordinator has one of the most absurd Boston accents you'll ever hear, and besides all the people crying without evidence about rigging and refball, they haven't had any kind of cheating scandal like the Patriots' dynasties were rife with.

Patriots were underdogs who got caught cheating a lot 😂 and the chiefs are front runners who are just annoying

@@MaxxadTV Only haters who pretend they are sports fans would even purpose such a thing. Who a baller hooks up with ain't got a damn thing to do with the sport. You act like this is the first time a sports figure hooked up with a celebrity. Let's list a few. Rodgers. Como. Brady. Wilson. Allen. That's just QB's, There are plenty of others dating or have dated celebs who play other postions, as well. This ain't unique, that's for damn sure. Maybe Travis and Taylor will wed, and you can spend the rest of you life doing what comes naturally - hating.
