    My mother is over daily Medication. She is 86 and in good health. Our problem was getting her to take her pills at the right times. We bought a MedSked for our Mom. Great Product. Mom has been using it for 3 months and hasn't missed a pill .

      1. Buy a RTC module
      2. Use RTC library, these can extract time easily
      3. Set the code,
      If (rtc_time.now() == evening_med_time)
      {
      Do these;
      }

      @@elly1175 you don't need to. If you want to show the user which medicine to take then that would make a great project, but that's optional. You can make it fully functional without lcd. Buy RTC module (Real Time Clock module).

    • @FuseBatti
      @FuseBatti  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Use a RTC module. Real Time Clock. Then read the time, if(time == your time)
      Trigger your alarm or light up leds.

    • @FuseBatti
      @FuseBatti  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just add a limit spdt switch. It will be off when the box is closed, if and till open it will start counting for the next period. That's it!
      If you don't want to do this hard way, connect it to the reset pin.

    • @FuseBatti
      @FuseBatti  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For updating prescription you can actually use Bluetooth module with Arduino.
      And Android app on a phone to update time and Arduino will alert on that time(s).
      And for showing medicine name you can use lcd or oled screen.
      Hope this helps.

      It's a low cost battery, to be honest it can last for some hours. But this can be expanded if you cut the LEDs of power bank module and Arduino.

      Sir,it will be a great help if you could reply at the earliest :)

    • @FuseBatti
      @FuseBatti  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@tarashah5076 I'd recommend using a rtc clock module to get the accurate time instead of delay.
      If you just want to use with delay it just counts you time then alerts.
      So, delay (1000) means 1 second. Multiply hours and minutes with it the time you want it to buz or blink.
      If you want three leds blink different way then connect to different pins. Nor just on one pin (make sure the are 1.5v led. Arduino only outputs 5v.)
      Now, reset and delay_ just add functions like this instead of reset add another button to arduino.
      void evening_med ()
      {
      buz/blink; //start buz and blink led.
      if(digitalRead(button)) //pushed button
      {
      digitalWrite(buz,LOW); //set alarm off
      digitalWrite(Led,LOW);
      delay (the delay you want);
      night_med (); //call /goto night schedule
      }
      }
      void night_med()
      {
      Buz / blink;
      if ()
      {
      stop alarm;
      delay;
      Call morning alarm;
      }
      }
