    신기하다....기발한 요리들 그리고 엄청난 요리실력 티비에서 하는 요리프로들과는 다른 요리의 향연..퍼레이드같달까
    쓸데없이 입털어대는 사람없이 이렇게 요리구경하는것만으로도 왜이리 재밌지?? 라는 생각이 드네요

    체다치즈는 풍미는 좋지만 늘어나는 맛은 적죠.
    모짜렐라는 잘 늘어나고 식감이 좋지만 풍미는 부족하구요.
    두마리 토끼를 다 잡기 위해 섞어쓰나봐요
