Last time I heard of freeware OMSI map download link being taken down was Gladbeck and that map is now payware. One of the two could be heading in that direction or probably just a new update coming soon

True a few maps that were freeware are now payware. Gladbeck, Berlin X10 which was the old Teltow freeware map, and Rheinhausen come to mind
