Today the element selection is happening manually any platform SF,. Service now etc

Just wanted you to know, your product user experience is really bad.
Every product page open a new window to unrelated tool from the previous one, to figure out how to change something you need to remember on which of those unrelated apps you can find it, and then to ask Google how to change it because you don't have your own onboarding
