My cars are paid off and old. My clothing is cheap. My house is nice but the mortgage is very modest where i live in flyoever country. I'm not rich but i can afford some stuff but the reason i have money is because i don't buy all the things i can afford.

Hi everyone.
This TH-cam channel is great. BUT, I am a home owner and have been for years, I am also a Realtor and I have never purchased a home and did any renovations. Who buys a home for 400K and it needs major renovations. I also advise my clients and help them make decisions to make sure they are not house poor. Also, if you buy a new home with a warranty there will be no need for renovations. You pick the one you love. Also as you get into your senior years you get tax breaks on your home. So don't let that scare you. I agree with this young man on most of this TH-cam lesson, EXCEPT for the home being a liability. I know a PHd financial expert that teaches for Free and says the exact opposite.
Also with these rental properties you are paying for and renovating, where are living and who is paying for your expenses? Just a thought and no disrespect to very intelligent man. I am student of his and love his messages. ❤

Singh, I was looking for your older videos which motivated me to get into real estate but I think I lost them?? They had u in front of a whiteboard talking about how money can be made from home purchases and rentals. Do you know where I could find those?? 2019ish is the timeframe I'm remembering
What about high interest savings accounts? Especially in light of the economic uncertainty out there? I'm not saying everything in high yield but I don't think it's wrong having a chunk there.

What if you can’t get out of the rat race? What if you’ve been stuck for years making money to survive and then costs go up and pay doesn’t? Not everyone can go back to school or change careers or get a promotion. The only people I know that have rental properties are those that inherited it from a family member that passed away. One guy has NEVER had a job! He just lives off the rental income from a multi unit rental his grandpa left for him. He has never had to invest or build anything. Not everyone can qualify to buy assets and investments. Please do a video on how to get out of the rat race.
Make more money get a second job side hustle etc so you can start investing

No, what I’ve understood from Jaspreet’s story. His grandparents were forced to leave Pakistan during 1947 partition and came to India as refugees. Then his father immigrated to US
