You can hear the difference when he does commentary in post and when he does it live. Notice that in the beginning he's doing it in post when he's showing off his new dunk packages, but when the game starts he switches to live. (which is how he normally sounds)

In order to get dimer you have to get 1500 assists and have a 3-1 assist to turn over ratio.

For the diner badge you need like a 3 to 1 assist to turnover ratio in a season or something like that.
