My mom had one, and couldn't stand it. ☹👎 She paid something like $600 (USD) for it, over a decade ago, so it was very expensive, but it hurt my back way too much to be relaxing or enjoyable. I have a lot of pain in my back, too, but also a lot of hypersensitivity, due to Fibromyalgia. I tried that massage chair, several times, but ended up just making a conscious decision never to use it, again.
