I only have one complaint from this video. Your arm instructions are hard to follow while I’m in bed.😜 The lighting was especially nice and I like it when you wear dark clothes. I have a lot of pain in my back, too, but also a lot of hypersensitivity, due to Fibromyalgia. I tried that massage chair, several times, but ended up just making a conscious decision never to use it, again.
