  • This weeks design uses a novel watering can to create an interesting flower arranging that could be easily copied using a different choice of fresh flowers.
This pretty design uses a country style of flowers to create a fabulous floral design. Lots of flower arrangement style can be repeated in different containers and this design is connected to the line/vertical arrangement.

May I ask how do you condition hydrangeas so it last on the flower arrangement ?

Hi Sharon ...enjoyed watching this presentation ... yr use of easily obtainable flowers and use of colour to go with the container makes me want to rush out and buy a bunch of flowers..however , i am a bit loathe to use hydrangeas , any suggestion for an alternative in the same colour range would be most welcome..... tk u

Hi Julia, An allium or a agapanthus would give you a similar coloured flower, or a big Sunflowers if you wanted a contrasting colour. You could buy carnations and group them together to create more impact in one area or large Chrysanthemum blooms would do a great job, if you can't get either of those try a spray chrysanthemum but remove some of the stems to avoid over filling, although probably not available in the blue shade! Hope that helps
