Hi ...I don't know the exact etimology but the words "uellì, uellà" are used as only a sound to give the idea of the rhythm when we hum/sing, it's just like when we use "na, na, na" or "la - la- llà": it's a way to accompany the music and the rhythm of the song with a sound to give the idea of the rhythm when we hum/sing) -- the last parts of the two words "ue - lì", "ue - là" contain the italian word/sound "Lì" (there) and "Là" (there, over there) but they have not this meaning in these words/context
