Can you drop a list of things that you need learn like that mid and side compressiob being part of the list so new producers can follow the list to learn all tha shi by them selfs
hey game. im sidechaining my vocals to a guitar to duck some frequencies when i sing, but the EFFECTS i put ON the guitar is also getting ADDED to the vocals. Like for example, i put stereo enhancer on the GUITAR MIXER CHANNEL and my VOCALS get the width ALSO because its SIDECHAINED to THAT mixer?!?! How do we stop this and not have ANY other effects Affect the Vocals, only the compressor/EQ?
I think Kendrick should have got you to produce him a beat for his last track, Not Like Us, because the one he used was boring. BTW, best headphones I've used are Sony earbuds, about $10. It's the only thing that has rich low end sound. Granted I haven't used $2000 headphones but I doubt they're actually better, Sony seems to have perfected those earbuds. You just need to make sure they're pushed in good and you have the right size rubber things on them.
