Oh Hell Yeah!...Dock street dam action!. I caught my PB In both Smallmouth and Walleye wading that area in low river conditions many years ago.5lb plus Smallie throwing a Zara Puppy in the fast water right below the Dam...And a Walleye on a suspending jerk bait under the bridge at night....thing was over 30 inches and probably 8 lbs...The Walleye really turn on after dark!!!!
@rollen901 I'm currently on a trip out of NY down the Susquehanna, trip of my lifetime. Random question, anybody ever call it the "Sus", or any other pet names you grew up with? Thanks!
It's not hidden if you keep saying... I keep telling people, stop focusing on where and focus on what. That's why I don't talk about the exact locations. Some are unavoidable...
This is awesome, dejavu, I’ve been in that water recently and doing well too. I think the extra depth this year is really helping us out. Good job! And Yes, there are monsters around those bridges upriver, I got a 20” 4lb.’er there a few weeks ago. Tight lines!
The fish were relating to the vertical structure, river was up a little bit but relatively clear. they seemed to want to be close to the structure though
If you had released this video last week Battlebaits would have been sold out of the spinner bait for this weekends Native tourney. I wonder if that played into y our thinking. Hmmm

I caught a 28" walleye down there last year on a dang whopper plopper. I thought I hooked a giant Smallie but... I was wrong lol

Awesome! Thank you! Thanks for coming to watch!
Heading up on Labor day with some friends. Nice work!
Good luck!
Little hidden gem in New Cumberland at the boat launch. I miss catching massive Chanel cats down there

I’ve always wanted to fish the Susquehanna but I’m up in Berks this looks like heaven to me though I love catching smallies
Berks isn't far away! Find a spot and hit it up.
You're an hour away... Go to Marysville, just above Harrisburg.
Quality fish! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching

I am paddling south as we speak 🎉
Damn man! You clobbered them what day! Some Giants! I will be out there next can’t wait. 🔨🔨🔨
Thanks man
Great video, thanks for sharing. Those were some great fish, I’d be happy with just one 20”. Weird that the audio messed up when you lost that one. 😂
yeah... about that lol
Nice fish Brother! Did that one fish break off? Start catching tank after tank and we forget to retie? Lol great video man 👍
Yep, that's exactly what happened. It was my fault for not retying
Good Job Jake. 👍👍
Thank you!
I need to come back up there and fish love fishing up there
This river is so much fun!
@@JakeHarshman Yes sir it is
Hey Jake,
What kind of anchor do you use on the river? Thanks!
I just use a little 5lb coated anchor, it's kinda like a ball but has little nubs on it
That's crazy!!! I know where you are I just can't find the boat launch😂
it's in New Cumberland
Other that the bridges, it was tough to see what kind of water you were fishing. Push water above ledges?
Great fish!

Since I bought an Osprey can I have a guided trip on the Susquehanna? Added benefit, I’m 6’8”. I could make Jeff look short.
Come on up/down/over!
Killer day!
Thanks
Awesome video Jake! Keep them coming!! What size was that spinner bait?
3/8 oz
Epic day!!!

Awesome vid

@@JakeHarshman Appreciate the feedback, saves me time by not having to scour google earth.
Why scour Google Earth to find this spot vs using Google Earth to find spots like this on your own?

The old New Cumberland boat club. The borough leased it and is now open to the public I believe it's 4th st off of market st. I can't remembe
