For the new guy not helping out question:
We run 48/96 rotating between pumper and the box; Even if we got rocked I always took care of my duties regardless. If it were bad enough of a day and my guys helped out I still worked with them. For me I would make it a one on one conversation among FFs, then if no progress is shown we go to just flaming them 😂
I think you should get the chance to correct your screw up and if you don’t correct it then you are showing your guys that you’re just lazy.
