Magyars so OP. Arguably the best Cav Archers in the game, access to Paladin w/ bloodlines, and have anti-siege cavalry that costs no gold (Magyar Huszar). Also get Champion, Halberdier, and Arbalest as well, so are also very well rounded if needed. Siege is the only thing lacking.

No eco bonus means they're just barely good now. They were crap civ before. Tech tree is of very little importance.

15% discount scouts is a pretty decent food economy bonus... Also, sure free forging/iron casting/blast furnace is no strict "eco bonus", but you definitely save a lot of time and resources. Also you will never lose vills to wolves, which is not a huge bonus, but it's a nice addition

It's 1 dimensional. Top civs have eco bonuses that allow them to do everything better. The cheap scouts are crumbs if you make like 5.

Ajok, Top 4 CA civs in no particular order (my opinion) are Mongols (fire 25% faster), Huns (10%-20% cheaper), Magyars (recurve bow tech +1 attack/range), Turks (+20 HP with Sipahi tech). That's why I said "arguably," since these 4 civs have different advantages with this unit, and almost all have full blacksmith upgrades (Huns/Mongols both lack Ring Archer Armor), as well as husbandry, bloodlines, thumb ring/parthian tactics. Everything depends on strategy.

Hi Viper.. Magyars are like new Huns because histroricaly they are huns... lile huns are mongols :) Mongols came to Europe and thats Huns... Huns stop migrating and became Magyars

Not entirely accurate. Huns and Mongols are related, but Huns existed before Mongols. Also, Magyars are not descendants from Huns only.
