Love your work! Although try to be maybe less patronizing, idk if thats the word but for example when SL says an order you follow by saying "ye do that". Try to not act like an SL when ur not an SL. But continue your work, would love to see you as SL or commander.

What he does helps the SL a lot I think - other players are more likely to go along with the plan when they hear it.
It's doesn't have to be top down
