1923 Season 2 is around the corner and it will witness the biggest survival struggle of the Duttons - ever. Even more brutal than Yellowstone Season 5. #yellowstonetv #1923
I completely disagree with the statement by the narrator that "it was all for nothing" since the Duttons lost the ranch in 2024. The Dutton family spent another 100 years there and then ultimately returned the land to the native people. That's a great resolution--the land went back to where it belonged. Without the Duttons, it would have turned into a playground for the rich and privileged. This was the best possible outcome!
Quite agree with you. They saved the ranch by giving it back to the native people. Protected and will remain the same -untouched and the wild beauty preserved.
Only reason that the Duttons lost the ranch in reality was the government. The surviving Duttons couldn't pay the inheritance taxes. How come that's not brought up?
@@palebluedot3The native Americans have a long history of being swindled by the Federal Government? What makes anyone think them taking possession of the land preserves it from Washington DC! If the Feds set their eyes on it, they would much rather deal with the natives then they would the Duttons!
My prediction: Alex reaches Montana first, has the baby. Both she and Spencer die and the child, a son, is raised by Jack and Katherine. I believe Jack is the grandfather John III spoke of.
Spenser's death might lead to Whitefield's failed eliteist plans for the Yellowstone ranchland. Will Alexadra reunite with her husband? (My wish list) And will Teonna finally escape her tormentors and make it to the Rez? Both the priest and Whitfield are sadistic monsters.

My thoughts also
Totally agree. Most of the members of this family have lived their entire lives on the ranch. That is a wonderful legacy.
I want to see Alex and Spencer’s reunion.
in 1883 James Dutton was told by the native who sent him to Yellowstone, in 7 generations the land will return to us
I hope Sheridan decides to do a season 3

Yeah, don't remember anyone talking about great grandpa Spencer saving the ranch back in the 20s
