L is an intermittent positive output from the flasher unit. The flasher receives continuous DC input from terminal B and then output intermittent positive output through L

Hi mate, I have a 1989 mitsubishi galant. When I turn on the ignition it reaches 12v to the carburetor vacum solenoid. It's supposed to do this when I turn on the headlights, but in my car it does it as soon as the ignition is turned on. Where should I check? (condition in air conditioner is normal)

I connected my turn signal using terminal 15,so how can I connect my hazard using terminal 30

There are two power supplies going in to the hazard circuit! One is directly from the battery and the other one is from terminal 15 of the ignition switch.
