I just drove over that river twice in last 2 weeks close to arch and was keeping an eye out for you. My wife and I were kind of wondering if the fish are safe to eat next to the city, but I guess eating a few every once in a while shouldn't be a big deal. We loved the catch and cook catfish burrito you prepared, as catfish is our main fish we eat, and I'm going to make them next time we fish. Thanks for sharing.
Stu... I'm wondering if those folks who wrote to you asking about the fish quality on the Missipp... weren't asking about whether it was healthy to eat fish out of the Missipp due to toxin/pollutant concerns... not whether you personally found them enjoyable to eat? Love watchin' your Mississippi River fishin' vids!!! Thanks!
Great video. That's a very different fish taco. I live in the midwest but grew up in the Southwest. Maybe use taco seasoning on the fish before you fry it. Do some onion , tomatoes, cilantro and mango. Squeeze some lime juice over your taco before you eat it. From a lime wedge very little. Just give it a try.
I live in the southwest, too, and that was my thought. Normally we put coleslaw mix, aka shredded cabbage and carrots, some cilantro and onions, and maybe a little mayo and a whole lotta lime.
“They” say you can’t eat fish out of this river, that lake the other creek. Truth is they are all fed by pastures, factories, over chemicalled fields, etc. Fish is good, period.
Your boat is awesome.
Great video buddy! I love your cooking set-up on the boar!

I don't care of fish, just love your boat....so much beautiful.
Nice job, I too like the channel cats for the eating but really like blackened crappie for my tacos! Keep the videos coming.

Have you tried zatarains crispy southern batter? Similar to Andy’s texture and flavor
I’ll have to try it out
@@totalanglingexperience3493 I prefer Zatarain's Louisiana Cajun fish fry. Gives it just a little kick.
Hope i catch some cats tomorrow and try out that recipe with mayo you showed mullet man
Deep fried is best!
Where can I get a shirt like that

I’m pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve seen cucumber on a taco/burrito. But your a yankee, 🤪😜🤪
Seems like everything that doesn't have sales tax paid isn't recommended for human consumption. How in the world did our ancestors ever survive?
Our ancestors did completely ruin their water sources with pollution trash and shit
Doing REALLY well until the curse!
