@jolie yeah, well usually in movies that have ball scenes, you are actually able to hear what the characters, the camera is focusing on, are saying. If you can’t hear the two characters talking, and it’s a scene with them with dialogue, you lose whatever dialogue they are saying. Not to be rude, but please stop responding to people’s comments about the music with “at a real ball the music is loud🤪” it’s very annoying and can be implied as rude. Lol, thank you

I dont reall understand why ppl always imagine jude with horns in her hair all the time lol literally the only time where she literally stated she had horns in her hair was at the first court in the beginning of the book
It sets her out from every other book character. If she was just drawn with her hair down she’d look really similar to other characters, where horns are something that signifies it’s her. it’s like her thing
@joliein film you can’t do that though. you have to be able to understand the characters and what’s going on. the only time the music should overlap the dialogue is when it’s intentional Force suspense or keeping a secret form the audience. In real life people aren’t as pretty and there are a lot of boring parts or no happy ending or real ending at all. It’s OK do you want realistic but you also have to realize what’s best for the film

It sounded more realistic and draws you in more to the atmosphere, in a video (particularly one where the scene isn't being described), its not going to be quite as immersive as the book, no matter how good the animation is, and this also depends how the viewer perceives it. I think that the music made it more immersive like the book, with how atmospheric it is and the ambience really sets the tone
