My room is a basically a horse shoe layout, and my desktop computer is stationary, so it's impossible to show the whole room. Do your think that will be a problem? Also, my door is at the other end of my room, so it's not visible from where my computer is located, I have a mirror which could "see around the corner", do you think this is sufficient? Or should I try to organize a Laptop I can use?
Hi Tim! Your webcam is permanently affixed to your monitor? If you can move your webcam that would be sufficient. They will need to see your whole room, to make sure you don't have a bunch of formulas on the wall behind your computer :) They don't have any rules about using a mirror, so I would ask them directly. But I think it would be a much safer bet to be able to use a laptop or an external webcam to show the room.

Hey, as hitesh mentioned there was glitch with internet for like 5 minutes. Although, it was in between speaking section but what if it occurs in between other sections where timer is crucial. Does the timer stops for that duration. Because I remember that it was written on ETS's website that the timer will not stop in between internet issues :(
Hi Sheetal, we all hope this doesn't happen, where you have an internet glitch in the middle of a section. If it is truly disruptive, they may allow a retest. There is always a risk with the home edition, but usually things go smoothly or problems are figured out in time.

Hi, can someone help me out? I took my test today, and at the certain point I got interrupted by the proctor. It was during the audio of one of the listening sections, resulting in me not hearing half of the audio needed to answer the questions. They could have asked me to adjust my camera during the segment where I had to answer my question, but the chose to rudely do it DURING the audio. I want to complain about this but I don't know where. Does anyone know?

Same thing happened to me but in the middle of answering the listening section. My time didn't stop and I've asked can I first answer questions he said it will be "just few seconds". Long story short I didn't have enough time to answer my questions in that part of listening section at all.

Every student is different. Some students don't even study at all, while others take many months, even years. So "sufficient" is very subjective. Two months is certainly enough time to improve, though! How much you can expect to improve depends on a lot of factors, but your score after two months should definitely be higher than it would be if you took it today :)

Yes, "external speakers" are allowed, so I don't think you'll have any trouble using Bluetooth speakers.
