I was in the regs last season and mostly it wasn't a problem except for certain public lands, but even then you simply needed to disconnect the throttle and only use pedal assist. Timber lands were ok with it behind gates and did not consider e bikes the same as non allowed motorized vehicles as long as they don't exceed a certain power level. I don't want to give an open opinion until I did back into it again as things change! Ya gotta dig hard and make phone calls sometimes to get a real answer!!!
