@@salesforcenow I never worked with Salesforce (despite my work with other systems) and for me assimilating the entire system was the tough thing I found doing the exam. Thanks to your videos I got the Salesforce concept. Thank you again!!
I purchased the Practice test from Focus on Force the other day and spent few hours already but I got stuck... but then I found your videos. This is the best explanation! I was feeling overwhelmed and lost with all the information but now all set and I can continue my learning journey. Thank you!!
Great to hear! There is a lot of information to understand. Be intentional as you study and ALWAYS have a free developer org open and work through what you're learning.
This is actually one of the best explanation videos I have came across. I have just been using Trail head and Salesforce BEN, and have felt a little overwhelmed with all the information, but this video has given a really nice and simple overview of the topic. Thanks Ryan!
Thank you for the kind words! There is a lot of information out there and it is hard to know where to get started, so I'm glad this helped you feel slightly less overwhelmed with your studies. Best of luck!
What resources are you using? I'd recommend using practice tests and follow along in a developer org to do what the questions are asking. Some practice tests allow you to focus on a section of the exam so you can drill down into a principle well.
I'm not sure that is the right question. How familiar are you with Salesforce? Are you familiar with database/CRMs? What resources are you using? Answering those questions will guide you in how much time it may take to feel confident taking the exam.
Thanks! I know early on it is tough to know how to focus your studies. Hope this is helpful and make sure to get into dev orgs and build/experience Salesforce every chance you get!
Passing the test before March 1st, I intend to use your content for study and refresher, been working/using salesforce since 2022. Heavy on the trailmixes and dev org challenges. You explain very very well.

I haven't sat for the actual test yet, but I went from failing a practice exam by 10 points to passing with a 95% after watching your content. Thank you so much for this!
Awesome! My keys are working through the questions/topics in a demo org so you can visualize why the right answer is right, and why ALL the remaining answers are wrong. Good luck!
Thank you so much Ryan for the effort and clarity that you put in this video. I am brand new to Salesforce, studying for the exam. really excited about this journey. Thank you again.
Thanks so much for these videos. I watched them on repeat multiple times when studying for the test and I passed the first time largely because of your content. Several teammates of mine also found them incredibly helpful!

@@salesforcenow I think it was how the questions were phrased at times they can write them in a way that one word changes the meaning of an answer or question.
Glad to hear it! The most important thing (which Trailhead helps a bit on) is to build, build, build. Every concept you are reading about, go build it in a free developer org and create test records to walk through each principle you've built.

Every last one? I'm going to crush this second take. Glad I got the nerves out finally but the nerves have subsided into frustration. be back Monday to begin training again.
Lol your analogies are amazing! Sorry for the frustration the first take has caused you. You absolutely need hands on practice. This means trailhead, super badges, work through questions in a dev org, etc. Even if you don't memorize answers for practice tests, that visual and building component of studying is 10x more valuable than anything else. My videos help, but nothing replicates actually clicking through the Setup side yourself just as I do in the videos.

No these videos are not enough. You need to understand well the concepts that I discuss in the videos through Trailhead, additional study, and building in a free developer sandbox.
If you're talking about the profile layout, you'll need to go to Setup>>User Management Settings>> Enable Enhanced Profile User Interface. I do this with every Salesforce org that I'm in.
Hi hope you are fine and doing well I am having a question related getting a job I know that certification is important but is there any other way to start my journey as Salesforce admin kindly help me
Hi there. Step 1 is to sign up for a Trailhead account and start learning with a free developer org. But if you're referring to how to get started as a Salesforce admin in terms of getting a job, that typically requires hard work in networking, marketing your skills, and obtaining early freelance or volunteer work.
Hey man thanks for this tutorial just give me some idea that how we can understand scenario based things by completing this tutorial. why bcoz I was not able to grab the answers for scenario based questions can u please help on this...
You cannot memorize or grab answers for scenario based questions. By understanding the concepts discussed in the video(s) you will easily determine the answers to scenario-based questions.
I just started learning Salesforce, and what I'm struggling with is understanding how companies use Salesforce. Every explanation online says that it's a CRM and then highlights the high level services they provide, but then when I go in to Salesforce and try to understand the interface, I don't understand how any of it is connected to CRM. For example, when you started talking about apps and managing apps - what even is an app? Why do I need apps within an "app" (salesforce)? What do these apps do? It would be nice to know that before explaining how to reorganize apps, where to find apps and so on...
hey buddy,Your video is amazing .Very helpful. but the background music is a little bit distracting. Is it possible to skip it for next videos? Just a small request.
Hi there. Not sure if that is a question for me or not. But there are plenty of study material (Trailhead) to familiarize yourself as you register for an exam.
I had recently started my journey in wanting to pursue becoming a salesforce administrator and bought a course on udemy in hopes that would provide me with all the information I needed. As much as it is very informative and has taught me some things, I did not fully comprehend everything the teacher was talking about and was craving a better understanding over what is actually going on not having any prior knowledge or experience with salesforce or any sort of administrative role. I am more than grateful to have come upon your channel and just by watching the first video I already have a better understanding of the first 20% of the information I am going to need for the exam!! I find myself better understanding the way you explain everything and even enjoy listening to your voice more HAHAHA🤣!! Thank you for all the help and taking time to make these videos I sincerely appreciate it and can't wait to get my career in salesforce started!
You're not alone in feeling that way when first learning about Salesforce! There is A LOT of information to learn and little guidance on how to organize your learning process. I'm glad the videos have helped give structure to your journey into Salesforce! My #1 advice as you learn, is to have a free developer org open as you study and learn new concepts. As you read/watch something new, go into the free developer org and DO/BUILD that principle. That's the best way to learn the concept in my opinion. Best of luck in your studies and always feel free to let me know if you have any more questions or need further clarity on something!

@salesforcenow, Thank you very much. I appreciate this, I am taking my exam in October and your videos have been very helpful 🙂
Can you cut the background music?
The rest of the series doesn't have background music. Thank you for tuning in!
BGM is a bit distracting
Hi hope you are fine and doing well I am having a question related getting a job I know that certification is important but is there any other way to start my journey as Salesforce admin kindly help me
Hi there. Step 1 is to sign up for a Trailhead account and start learning with a free developer org. But if you're referring to how to get started as a Salesforce admin in terms of getting a job, that typically requires hard work in networking, marketing your skills, and obtaining early freelance or volunteer work.
@@salesforcenow Thanks but from were I can do volunteer work kindly guide me
Hey man thanks for this tutorial just give me some idea that how we can understand scenario based things by completing this tutorial. why bcoz I was not able to grab the answers for scenario based questions can u please help on this...
You should do a reupload with lower background music and no lyrics because it detracts from what you're saying
Thanks for the feedback Darian
Classic View is much easier to navigate verse lightning experience which seems like what math did with common core.
Great analogy! 😂
hey why the backgroud music ! it is very distracting!!
Thanks for the feedback. The rest of the videos in the series don't have music.
Awesome video but please get rid of that background music
Glad it was helpful. Thanks for the feedback.
I agree, the vocals in the music are distracting.
Omg it’s sooo distracting I can’t understand what he’s saying 😬
@@acquadiamore I appreciate the feedback. I've taken music out of most of the video guides.
@saleaforcenow wow I completely disagree! Love the music - keep it!
Hi sir can you please stop the background song. Thanks
I can't stop it for a video that is already published but thank you for the feedback.
@@salesforcenow I enjoyed the music but some people prefer no lyrics so they can focus. What was the name of the song?
hey buddy,Your video is amazing .Very helpful. but the background music is a little bit distracting. Is it possible to skip it for next videos? Just a small request.
Thanks for the feedback. There isn't background music in most of the remaining videos in this series.
@@salesforcenow oh okay! that's great! Just started watching your videos.
Good explanation but I would recommend not to use music because it is annoying while people are trying to focus on understanding .
Thank you for the feedback. I hope the information has been helpful!
how get salesforce admin certified
Hi there. Not sure if that is a question for me or not. But there are plenty of study material (Trailhead) to familiarize yourself as you register for an exam.
Everything is great but the background music makes it difficult to focus. Totally unnecessary.
Glad it's been helpful and thanks for the feedback.
Who thought it would be a good idea to add lyrical music in the background of a video that is a tutorial? So distracting.
It was my idea initially. Sorry about that!
Honestly, the music with lyrics almost completely kills an otherwise great video for me.
Thanks for the feedback
@@salesforcenow I appreciate you, thank you so much❤️!!
This was helpful for sure! Really thanks.
Thanks for checking it out!
