Hey that is really cool that you can even get the motor to turn without the transistor. I saw a video by Lidmotor where he did that also. Now I’m gonna have to get me some hall sensors to play with👍🤓

I’ve actually been thinking of that also. The video by Lidmotor states, in the comment section, that the Hall effect transistor he used would only operate down to about 2.4 volts. I was watching a video on TH-cam, that showed an led driver circuit that allows you to use down to approximately .8 volts to drive an led that basically requires around 2 volts to turn on. The circuit is mainly housed within a transistor called the YX8115. It does require a small resistor shaped inductor and maybe one or two other components in order to work. I think that it can basically take a voltage no lower than around .8 volts and boost it up to at least 2 volts which then allows someone to light an led with the boosted voltage. What I was wondering is could that boosted voltage be used to operate the Hall effect transistor. This would essentially allow a person to use down to roughly .8 or .9 volts to run a small pulse motor that can be switched with a Hall effect transistor. I ordered a few off of eBay but as of yet I don’t have any Hall effect transistors to see if it will work.🤔
