Exactly, us as consumers don't care what fancy rendering tech they use. If it gives initial bad impression, it's a failed product. Maybe in the eyes of developer they thought this would be efficient but as a consumer this is the dumbest way to render game graphics.
Because now thr asset downloads faster in lobby, just wait on lobby for the download finished, you don't have to play to load graphics anymore. It downloads more then 2GB whine your waiting on lobby so this is good.

Its been days haven't changed a little, i think it's not about my phone even tho I'm trying to adjust my settings to Low or to Mid(maximum Graphics i had) nothing really changes still pixilated..

This is not true. I have checked using a bandwidth meter. Streaming only happens in first few matches after that matches don’t require that much bandwidth with means it is no longer streaming. You can check yourself if you don’t believe me.
Maybe English isn’t your native language. Let me help you understand what I meant by that. Nothing is streaming after those few matches so why are you blaming the streaming and demanding devs to let you download assets? All the streaming is already happened in the first few matches and there is nothing to stream except maybe some new operator skins. If someone is still getting blurry graphics it’s fault of there gpu. It’s getting bottlenecked. Hope this helps :)
Downloading all assets before playing is the best way and efficient way. Because streaming feature is still not perfect for every phone. And Download asset before downloading is the easy way.
