Thanks so much for all your wonderful videos! My question is what is appropriate for me as a 71 year old woman who is doing 3 Morpheus treatments. I'm getting great results from your facelifting massages along with the morpheus treatments but would like to add at home beauty gadgets. This video is 5 years old, so I wonder if microcurrent and the Tria Age Defying Laser are okay after Morpheus treatments? Do you recommend both or just one? What do you think of an acupuncture facelift as a way to finish up on the series of morpheus treatments? Thank you!
Hi Abigail! I allways watch your video's. Thanks a lot for all your information of, and tips for a beautiful skin. I have a question about these two gadgets: can you also use the Tria Beauty Age Defying Laser Anti-Age during treatment / cure of your face with the NuFace? Or is that too stressful for the facial skin? And how can you best use these 2 facial gadgets without damaging the skin? Or can I better use the Trinity wrinkle reducer Attachment in stead of the Tria? In combination with the NuFace. Please let me know. Thank you so much beautiful lady! 💐❤
Hi Abigail. I am 55 . Could you please let me know which one of the gadgets that are in the market , including the ones like micro-needling etc should I invest on for my age ? I do daily for a month now, your anti-ageing face lifting and I already feel better. Thank you so much
Hi Sissy, so pleased your enjoying the methods. I think the nuface is a great al round if you want lift and firm, if your more concerned with wrinkles and texture then derma roller is going to give better results. they will both work in conjunction with each other x
Hi Abigail james First time I saw ur videos and m impressed alot. Can u please guide me a good antiahing oil for message as I hv sensitive and combination skin. Thanks alot.
Hi Abigail, Many thanks for your advice and I also love your Make up and lipstick: so please do share what these are :-). I am 51 and have done a little bit of fillers and botox: I am wondering if therefore I can use the tools you have recommended? Or should I stay clear of some? Many thanks in advance, Kind regards, Pascale.
Hi Abigail! I have 30 y.o. and I use Microderm Glo (mini) for home "peeling" every 2 weeks since a year. My skin is quite better (less black spots and brighter); however I'm not sure what to put on my face after it (sometimes I put just moisture, others I mix aloe and oil serum). I'd like to know your opinion/advice about it, if possible. Thank you a lot!
I’m still contemplating buying the Nuface. Do you know of any unbiased research or references to prove how effective? Perricone MD raves on it, but so many conflicting reviews. Thanks. Love your videos.
Hi Abigal, I have very sensitive skin, redness and broken capillaries but my dermatologist told me I can’t have micro current or radio frequency because they will make worse the capillaries problem. You think I can’t use some of this devices? I trust your advice. Thank you 😊
Hi Abigail, if we were to choose between nuface and tria, which one would you suggest. My laugh lines are getting stronger. As they are expensive gadgets, I am thinking of getting one of them
But the NuFace Trinity for sure not the mine bcs it doesn’t last long at the big one and don’t buy refreshed trinity buy NuFace Trinity u can use it for 2-3 years before u have to buy again and also u can buy the red laser attachment definitely recommend and else if u want extra anti aging but mainly the red laser and the trinity nuface
Hello! Thank you for this video. Do you know if Nuface and Tria are safe to use over the jaw area of dental implants? Would the current interact with the metal of the implant? Thank you!
Hi Abigail, I bought the nuface and the tria. Can I use both at the evening, one after the other or would it maybe better to use the nuface in the morning and the tria in the evening? Thanks for your comments!!
Hi Cristina, nuface is good for morning and or night, or any time of the day! the tria I would keep for evening and yes after the nuface if doing both together x
Thank you for sharing your skin care advice and tips! I was impressed by how natural and feminine your makeup is, and I was wondering if you'd be willing to share what brand or products you were wearing in this video?
I don't even own anything like this. I'm 48!!! What do you recommend the most? I'll be traveling back to Guatemala for a year and I better buy something soon. The collagen booster perhaps.
Hi I’m curious on the last 2 devices, do either one also help with crows feet, mild wrinkles under eyes and around lips? These are my areas I’m looking to target. Thank you
Thanks for this wonderful video, I'm undecided between Clarisonic Mia Smart and Foreo Luna 3, can you help me? :-( when I buy both, when can I use which? You have also 2 gadget's for cleansing, how do you do it? Thanks very much :-)
Hi Abigail, i LOVE watching your videos 😊which gadget would you advise for pigmentation? Or product which you have good experience with?... thank you xxxx
thank you ! The Tria is actually focused on pigmentation as well, it will totally depend on the type of pigmentation, if its melasma and hormone relate its really difficult to treat, where as its it more sun spot related you can go have a couple of zaps with a later (I know that sounds harsh but in professional hands not to be scared of) look for skincare ingredients such as kojic acid and always wear an SPF daily all year round x
how comes the tria laser is really safe and how to avoid eye damage, if it goes really deep into the skin? thanks! (because all the people use it near the eyes..) and can it accidentally cause fat loss on the face or really sure only tightening? can it be overdone?
Hi Abigail...I’ve just started watching your videos and am really impressed. I’m thinking about the Nuface but also Dr Gross Spectralite led face mask. Do you have any views on this?
Hi Abigail, Your video is nice, short and educational. I am interested in Foreo brand and their devices. I think my skin is becoming more dry lately and I was wondering what would your suggestion be on which Luna to choose? Thank you!
Hi, l have very sensitive skin and rosacea. What would you not recommend in your video. Also what would you recommend for the neck area please? Many thanks.
I like it when its done well. its good for surface fine lines, scaring etc. it can be done at home with a very shirt needle length, you do have to use a propper roller, sterilise it after use and use with care! In facials I would be using a slightly longer needle but often still no bleeding. A dermatologist will use a longer length needle and there will be down time, this does give a more dramatic results for scaring and deep lines.
Hi Abigail! Thank you for such informative videos! 💛 About to turn 40, and been very critical with myself over smile lines, 11, etc... at this point, I’d like to avoid Botox and injections, but I’m curious what you think of them. Happy week!
HI, well life begins at 40 ;) Im not a fan on fillers, I have seen too many mistakes however if you spoke to a dermatologist they would tell you different so it is a very personal thing. Botox I used to be totally against but over the years have softened that view slightly. I still think the skin health needs supporting which night of these do. good products, treatments to support detoxification, collagen production, smoothing etc etc x
Hi Jo, Ive not tried the slender tone for the face, I did train in that method of electric therapy at collage many many years ago as have most beauty therapists. I did have a slender tone bod yin my 20's! I think it can be effective, its working in a different way to these Ive reviewed in my video as it forces the muscles to contract so a little like going to the gym for the face, it does use the muscle energy to do this (called ATP) but over time the technology will firm muscle because of the action its having. Maybe one I should review! x
Hi Abigail, very informative video! What are your thoughts on Gua Sha and Jade rollers? I'm thinking about purchasing, but not sure which to purchase. Or are they different enough that it would be a good idea to purchase both?
really love them, obviously a good price point and nice and holistic, I use them in my facials sometimes, I generally preffer more of a Gua Sha type stone over a roller as you can be more targeted and apply more pressure for a better result x
What is your opinion on facial cupping? I've heard all good things but I'm nervous thinking it might pull veins to the surface of the skin. Also thank you for your videos on face massage I watch them daily.
Hi Kimberley I like facial cupping, I incorporate something similar in some of my facials. you do need to do it with caution at home, some of the methods i have seen appear to be very strong and not easy to control the strength, if you are prone to broken veins and redness then maybe its not for you on the face but neck and décolleté for drainage
Hello, I am right now investigating which gadget to buy. I have read in one review the nu face does not affect collagen production. For that you need radio frequency device. What is your opinion? And if you use laser every day, is it OK in the summer with sun screen? thank you very much in advance for your reply.
the Nuface is based on micro current, its main focus is muscle firmness and cell energy so it works of different aspects of 'Lift" RF and laser are more collagen based doing a different thing. wit halter you do have to be strict with your spf and not to be active in the sun. RF is fine x
Hi Abigail, Really love your videos and am always sharing with my mum! I'm really interested in the Nuface but at 33 with almost no wrinkles, is it a bit too early to start using or quite a good preventative measure? I've also been looking at the Dr Dennis Gross goggles and wondered if you'd tried those and what you thought? When I say almost no wrinkles I do have quite a deep vertical groove in between my brows! I wondered if the goggles might help with that, or if the Nuface would do something similar? Thanks! x
Hi Lindy, the nuface is the type of gadget that definitely has a preventative so I would suggest at the age of 33 is a good time to start (Ive not been paid to say that BTW!) Micro current facials you can definitely see a skin that started younger with these types of treatments so if you were going to invest in 1 the nuface is a great option. Ive not tried the goggles Ive seen them and I love LED light therapy in treatment. 11 lines are from expression often frowning when we don't even realise we are going it, LED won't give a dramatic impact hoer it all helps. I would suggest derma roller could also be an option, massage and fabulous large dark glasses to help prevent the frown ! x
Bristles totally depend on what they are made of, how thick or soft they are and if you have sensitive skins. some of the face bristles are so soft so maybe go and have a feel in a department store if your thinking of purchasing.
Ageing is a part of life.... If your eating well and drinking well and using organic and natural products on your skin i dont see why there is a need to use electronic devices on your skin which will eventually probably do more damage than good! And just to add you are extremely beautiful... I can see you ageing beautifully! 🙏🏼
Hi, it is actually quite good for crows feet, it won't get rid of but with regular use it could soften the appearance of. Its a good device to use over the whole face

Its effective as long as its done with care, but proper rollers not something cheep and don't forget to sterilise them
That Nu Face thing feels exteremely unpleasant.
I’ve been using it for months, as long as you cover your skin with gel (aloe vera gel works too), there’s no discomfort. good results
you do need the gel to be used so it glides and conducts the electicity well
