- TRX-4 with Traxxas Traxx with customized Spyker Workshop blower in 2 to 3 inches of fairly wet snow. I have to manage the "feeds and speeds" to make sure the torque stays in the right RPMs. Let the tool do the work and it's pretty amazing.

Imagine calling into work cause your traxxis didn't plow your drive in time.... Like 10 hours. So cool
🤣😂🤣😂 It’s hard to tell if you’re being sarcastic.
Driveway Rumbas
Little bro has the strength! 💪😬
As long the snow is powdery and temperatures around mid-20s, no problem! 😃💯
In the future, these will be like Rumbas for your driveway.
😁
Wooooooooow! Thats dope. Great RC work.
I am so glad I clicked on this!
....but now my want list for things I never knew I needed gets longer!
Awesome idea, Cheers!
Well ramjet that is absolutely incredible. I never thought about putting my scale RC truck to work for me. Next winner I am definitely going to own one.
I did it 2 times this winter. I don't know if the snow was as high as here but I think i drove 10 times faster with a regular Snowplow and normal tires.
That's awesome bro. Happy New Years bro
Wow, beautiful work.
That's amazing! I wanted to see a video like this!
KOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This makes me hate winter a little bit less
It's freaking awesome!
I need one of these! My driveway has snow!
You must live in TN 😉
Ha! I wish.... Mass. It is freakin' cold today too! @@RamjetAlpha1
That's awesome!
I've never seen that before. That's pretty cool. (no pun intended)
That's hysterical
That is sick.
That is so cool 😎
Saweeeet 👍Checked your other vids nice stuff!! Subd
Sweet
So cool
Pretty sweet rig! Seems she could definitely use a few extra amps to keep moving and toss the powder at the same time. A little rescue trailer or deicer trailer with an 2ah or 4ah M12 Fuel battery stuffed inside? No idea what kinda amperage the normal ones are in RC.
It actually has two completely separate radio systems. Two different transmitters that I am trying to hold and operate at the ame time -one wheel Tx for the truck and one stick Tx for the blower. Two batts, two ESCs, etc. Back when that vid was taken, the main problem was traction. I needed to add more weight to the truck so it wouldnt just spin tracks on the slightest little pavement snag. On the blower, the best torque is at higher RPMs and at the time, I was concerned about melting parts of the blower by spinning too fast. Since then I've discovered that this thing can spin wild without melting. Ill have to get another video once the snow is just right.
Where can I buy this? It would be perfect for my condo deck
Great video my friend. Was it difficult to put the blower together from kit form
Not difficult. Instructions are good. If you've never built an RC from a kit, you might need soome help though.
@@RamjetAlpha1 I've put together a few wpl kits just disappointed it only took like 2 hours lol. Was ready for a real challenge. Thanks bro
That's a little much snow for that but how cool is that i have many 10th scale i need that one 😊
Is there a more torque oriented Traxx or a model that can do this faster?
Where can I get one of those
do rooftop orange/yellow flashing lights work, have you got a video where is visible? anyway, this looks awesome!
Yes, kights work. there is also a deisel sound if you listen carefully.
@@RamjetAlpha1 ouh yes i just noticed its visible still even on day light
i guess it beats cabin fever!
😉👍💯
Keren gan 👍👍👍
Where can I get one?!?!?!
I have a Tamiya Twin Detonor truck and if anyone sold a snowblower attachment like that I’d consider buying it.
Just wondering how long the battery could last. I mean if a charge could last enough to clear a driveway, this could really sell.
The truck battery lasts about 30 mins. The blower battery lasts about 10 to 15 mins.
37 years later,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
what if you put a runner bar on bottom of the sides of the chute part so it wasnt right on the ground...keep it say 1/2 inch above
You can see in the very beginning of the video, a picture of the rig on a bench. It has runner bars like a full size blower. My probem in that video was not enough weight in the truck for traction to push past small snags.
☹☹ we're was this when I was a kid....
whys it geared up so high for the auger part that chops up the snow? its spinning light speed. no wonder its struggling. it doesnt have enough torque.
It’s also just a toy…
I'd have a guess and say that the 'spool' inside the plow is spinning so fast to throw the snow with 'true certainty' out of the exhaust/ejection chute.
Perhaps if the spool spun too slow it would not reliably clear the snow up the chute and throw it out.
I imagine this is a off the shelf snow plow and not a home design.
One could opt for a motor with more torque and put it in, might require further design changes to the plow, by which time it might be worth building oneself a fully home fabricated RC plow. That would be pretty cool to see.
It would be a pretty fortunate person with all the wherewithal to build something like that. I for one will continue with my sailboat rc that I'm working on.
Needs a flywheel for perpetual motion.
@@georgiadronefootage4136 Oh yes flywheel, thats a good idea
but let's be carefull about how we use the words 'perpetual motion' 🙂, but yes, we know what you mean, to help maintain the spinning of the spool when under load.
Need to mount ones of these to a raminator with an 80 cc motor on it...that would git r dun lol
Need to have a little gas engine! 😂😂
How can I get one I want one
I live near Denver. Come buy it from me.

That is some dry snow
Wet snow would plug that right down.
@@paul5683 This model works best when snow is dry and outside temps are below 20 degrees. However the snow was fairly wet when this vid was made - temp was about 28 degrees. You can tell by the way the snow lands.
Needs Mo Powa
thats awesome but not cheap
Can i buy this
Yes you can. Its for sale right now.

Driveway Rumbas
looks cool, but really doesn't perform that well.
Thas only the second time it was out. It wasnt dialed in yet. It blasts.
GO FASTER...THIS THING IS WEAK.
Crazy expensive for what it can/can’t do…! The thought is great but the end result is meh
Полное гавно!!! На гусеницах и так проскальзывает. А скорость всё равно что черепаху за пивом посылать! Да и чистить будет пока снег рыхлый. Чуть подтает, а потом подморозит и этот агрегат можно вообще на свалку отправлять
Just a bit more power it could be a dandy but the bogging takes the fun out of it.
It's got plenty of power. I just wasnt using it. I kind of addressed that in this comment: th-cam.com/video/44b3h2vMvv0/w-d-xo.html&lc=UgzzV58UASphtqNOYA94AaABAg.9yt7xykc1Z99zM-VpJfrtc
How much to do my driveway 😛 I joke 😅
