just in case you don't know.....'' whoever has the highest hitch point has a distinct advantage. the reason is pretty obvious if you think about it the higher hitch point is pulling up on the other trucks lower hitch point. lower hitch is pulling down on the higher truck giving it traction while this getting pulled up losing traction.... not the only factor for sure but a very good thing to remember if you're ever going to do anything like this.... helped me beat some trucks that shoulda drug my ass.....hope that helps
Joshua Godsey you might be right but 3.5 million and 42,000 a tire is alot of money for a tug of war truck plus having it disassembled and shipped out there and reassembled and the ridiculous equipment required to do so. but hey, get ir done
People who sit there are pussies, PUT YA FUCKING FOOT IN IT! nothing cool about sitting still, Sure more likely to win but not good as a spectator sport. :)
All those bell n whistles, jacked trucks and stuff. I think most of them have high hp but maybe not the highest amount of torque except that last army truck. I bet a western star 6900xd (with a load of course) could easely beat most of the trucks out there or if you want to stretch the idea to the max, take a dramis d150t
Actually it's to keep from ruining those tires, they are quite expensive and the water helps the tires stay cool and not melt away when you are spinning like they are.
Why those tires? The air pressure on top of that. Why would anyone pull with the strap on ridiculous angle. If you on the high end ok but these look like they never pulled anything
The other rig you might not have noticed had literally 3-4 tons worth of busted scrap in the back of the rig. In Tug of War of this style weight makes a huge difference. Now the empty rig only had two wheel drive at this point so he was up against it no matter what. I would have loved to see him at 4 wheel against hat...
First of all, tug of war is supposed to be about grip and traction. Why is the floor covered in water greatly reducing the grip and traction??? They might as well have a tug-of-war on freakin ice!!! 2nd do none of these people understand that more spin equal less traction??? once your tires start spinning you need to let off gas, not give it balls to the wall throttle lmao 😂
With all these trucks and mud videos on i am getting done i am up till 01.30 every night . thanks guys.
Maurice Dickinson As you should be! LOL
You're up as late watching them as I am making them 👊🏻👊🏻😉
As long as you keep them coming ill be happy THANK YOU.

somebody outta bring out one of those dump trucks from a big strip mine
Joshua Godsey that may be a little out of budget
but would be great to see how many trucks you'd have to tie to that thing to slow it down
eddie Spaghetti have you seen some of the rides on this channel trust me that dump truck is not out of budget

eddie Spaghetti might get a little expensive
no matter how big and bad your ride is..eventually someone with a bigger badder ride will show up.
LOL! This is very true
1000 in cash
Some people don't understand static versus kinetic friction. Once you start slipping, you won't get better traction.

@@gemizu4874 Both are equally shitty.Drivers should slowly add more gas and guy with more traction will wind, end of story.
Spinning the tires heats them up making them stickier. Watch rock bouncers. Theyll spin until they heat up and then grab and take off.

Whatever truck went against the Green MD Ark truck is badass$. I like thag long bed black truck. Its got super low gearing and alot of power
James's 4x4 shop truck, is the one
Why the water covered surface instead of dry pavement (besides cool looks)?
Embersun It was nothing more than that....just to add a pool full of bubbles 😂
Less breakage too?
Actually it's to keep from ruining those tires, they are quite expensive and the water helps the tires stay cool and not melt away when you are spinning like they are.
HereComesVinny. I would imagine it also lessens wheel hop which causes tons of issues. Could be wrong though. Still looks cool.
It does that as well, but wheel hop can still be caused by ruts inside of the water and mud.
Ayoooo that lil truck wit the big ass rims look suuuuper tight!! Where can I find them at???
That Chevy truggy on the tall skinny wheels was kinda neat.
What size tires are on the f800 and anymore of the truck?
Tyler Coleman Yes, several videos of it on the channel. It’s usually in the video thumbnail if you want to scroll through and check them out...
Can anyone give me the specs on that F800 Ford?
what is the bubbles from in the water
They need to bring this to Jacksonville Florida
how does the clutch survive?
I'm late but damn good vid my son said just show up with the biggest truck and win
are random ppl allowed to join that event?
Wish we had that in Scotland....with land Rover Defendors

it was funny when that suburben beat that cummins
*suburban*
dude in the dodge was smart once they started losing traction he took ogf
9:28 WTF!!!!

Awesome man! Really appreciate ya taking time to watch :)
Love the videos man!
I love your videos 😃😃😃
Brayden Jackson Thanks bud! Glad you enjoyed it 😃👍🏻
I'd take this nice M125 10 ton cargo truck....
can't wait to eee what you lot will do when gas has run out?
Use steam and veggie oil.
You are the first TH-cam to ever respond to me
Brayden Jackson lol, nice I'm your second.
I try to respond to most of the intelligent correspondence. You guys are important to me :)
hmm a few lost Bc of tire ratio wide/thin & weight different on the Ass end kg the trucks but great vid
haha it says strip on the school bus stop sign
*How to Clean your Tires Fast* :
I think maybe if the 5 ton winner had a 4x4 dif lock he might have won against the behemoth thing.
If his rearend hadnt been out it woulda been a good tug match. That was an M123 10 ton cargo truck he was pulling against.
Yes, kind of hard to beat 32,000 lbs and 10 to 1 ratio axles.
@@l92375 that was no M123, it was a M125. M123 is the tractor, M125 the cargo version. Very rare....
5ton against over 15tons empty weight? No chance. Even with diff lockers.
Big truck little weeny
that truck has ppsi that if extra
Alright we need a a bank in here

have a nice day😀
9:55.... Dangerous as hell!! Man they are one nicked snatched rope away from a helicopter ride to the Hospital.
Or worse. A hairline crack in the hitch pin.
Wow
its whoever pulls first because the water makes the tires slip
Reece
