its given in our book that if thats the case then- lcm(a,b,c)=[abc*hcf(abc)] / [hcf(ab)*hcf(bc)*hcf(ac)] and similarly for hcf one just place lcm in the formula i.e., hcf(a,b,c)=[abc*lcm(abc)] / [lcm(ab)* lcm(bc) *lcm(ac)] . so the formula hcf*lcm of three numbers=products of three numbers will be false. *its possible only in the case of two numbers as told by my teacher.*
