But I have some issue.. I really appereciate if you could please help me. During measurement from read buffer I am ZDCV or sometimes NDCV. I have connected my Kiethley to a current source and a resistor.

how to select range? Default settings is auto mode.

Please add command :SENS:VOLT:CHAN1:RANG; Where n is upper range.
