It's sad that prince of Persia is being forgotten over time hopefully the remake puts some life and attention into one of ubisoft's best franchises (also as a huge fan of PoP this is amazing❤)
The remake’s been indefinitely delayed. The decision was made right around the time the world at large found out that Ubisoft protects high ranking sexual abusers.
@@asn8744 I've no idea how that has anything to do with the release of a game. By their financial reports, it's known that they are about to release it around this year, at the very least next year. It's an invested project and people gotta pay for stuff, regardless how it will sell. And knowing how PoP fans just eat up anything SoT related ... because ... that's just how it always was ... they bickered so much together with Mechner that they had to change "Kindred Blades" to "The Two Thrones" all those years ago. And now this remake suffers the same fate, no wonder we can't have PoP games ... when all the fanbase wants the game as per their demands with all sorts of twisted justifications. Play the game, or don't. Everyone's responsible for their own wallets, it's a conscious decision when making any purchase. What's not nice, is halting people's work because it doesn't align with how a lowly gamer envisions it. So yeah, knowing the world we live in, people gotta get paid for their work, and they will have to release it due to necessity ( And UbiSoft greed but that's another can of worms :D )
@@starless9 Fun fact: Assassin's creed originally was supposed to be a prince of Persia game called "Prince of Persia: Assassins". I think there should be a game with that title but it won't happen. Assassin's creed obviously took the title and now prince of persia no longer holds the title. It's better that way though. Also for those who don't know, we getting a remake for SOT.
Prince of Persia The Sands of Time was such a formative game for me growing up. The gameplay, the story, the characters and the music is all memorable and enjoyable. Hearing your cover both as a fellow musician and gamer just blows me away. The harmonizing of the vocals in the chorus blows me away. The guitar, bass, drums and keys all bring it together and it's a great mix too. Thank you for making this and showing the song so much love. Thank you for making the die hard fan within me get emotional over the Prince and Farah. This song is timeless and so is your cover. I hope Stuart Chatwood sees this but... Time Only Knows 👉😎👉 great cover everybody!!
