I'm pretty sure it was live because there's a tremor in Nessa's voice that matches up with her nervous actions in the video. This disappears as her actions become more confidence. She also slightly messes up a note in the first verse which wouldve been corrected if it wasnt live. My 2 cents, but at the end of the day who knows?
The chorus is obviously sampled from some 2000s song. The melody is so familiar. Does it remind you of any song in particular? I can't put my finger on it
