Because of the crazy school hours in Indiana for middle schoolers, I wake up at about 4:30 a.m. on average. I enjoy putting this on to stop my lazy self from falling back asleep. Most meditations and biurnal beats don't work for me. This really does. I thank the people who took the time to create these for other people, and myself, who struggle to get up in the morning. I struggle from stress related insomnia and have a hard time falling asleep, making it *that* much harder to wake up that early in the morning. I have ADHD and caffeine doesn't work on me like it would most people. To me all coffee does is taste good. I would recommend using a sleeping beat as well as a waking beat for best effects. Energy drinks don't work on me and often have the opposite effect, but these help, and they're not physically addictive. They can be psychologically addictive, but it's not like I'm going to go crazy if I don't get my fix.
There aren’t words to describe how beautiful this is. I took a heroic dose of mushrooms around 6 hours ago and i’m starting to come down now. I laid on my bed with this on repeat the entire time. I've seen many comments declare this as a placebo, thus I did an experiment myself. I played this tune for a sleepy relative and proceeded to ask her how she felt. "Awake," she said and fell into a mood because she had originally intended on sleeping. No, not a placebo, especially if the listener did not know the purpose for the music before hand!
Paladin I think you miss the point. While you consciously interpret this as relaxing, clam, and peaceful, the tune is designed to stimulate your brain whether you know it or not. All binaural beats can be called such but they are designed to create a certain response in the brain regardless on what you feel about it. You could argue that your pain killer is way too small to get rid of your massive headache but its not about what you think it is and more about the response your body has to it. Because you choose to judge the music on your interpretation and not how the brain reacts to it and is stimulated by this, then I'm calling bullshit to your whole comment. Come back when you have evidence rather than your random opinion.

i have hypersomnia n i’ve been trying absolutely anything in the hopes of feeling awake for at least the shortest amount of time in the day.....
so much that i used to have skill in has regressed bc i haven’t been able to keep it up. i can’t read, i can’t draw, i feel like i can’t even string a spoken sentence together these days.... i’ve been on medication to encourage wakefulness, now they’re trying one to make me sleep deeper at night but so far it’s just been sedating me even more lmao

There aren’t words to describe how beautiful this is. I took a heroic dose of mushrooms around 6 hours ago and i’m starting to come down now. I laid on my bed with this on repeat the entire time. I went everywhere I wanted to and didn’t want to tonight and it was all super necessary. This music is a true warm blanket for the soul. God bless you for helping me through this tonight.

Paladin I think you miss the point. While you consciously interpret this as relaxing, clam, and peaceful, the tune is designed to stimulate your brain whether you know it or not. All binaural beats can be called such but they are designed to create a certain response in the brain regardless on what you feel about it. You could argue that your pain killer is way too small to get rid of your massive headache but its not about what you think it is and more about the response your body has to it.
Because you choose to judge the music on your interpretation and not how the brain reacts to it and is stimulated by this, then I'm calling bullshit to your whole comment. Come back when you have evidence rather than your random opinion.

I tried SEVERAL binaural beats for energy boosting. This is the best one for me. Others were more plain and ONLY focused on the beats. The background music and the occasional triggering sound compined with the beats here really make this video a magic for me.
