Someone resurrected Madara at the beginning of the war so at the end someone try released resurrection jutsu to seal back the dead that’s on the field. Madara bad ass counter the technique and he is permanently on the field. He ends up winning the fight jacking up the kage

(impure lands are like limbo for people with issues, pure lands are like heaven). the third way to deal with it is to get the caster of the spell to undo it (if the caster died the spell would still be in play). this is what happened to madara. but because madara has such big dick energy, he decided he disagreed and kept on being a zombie.

It was fun watching your reaction. The thing about Madara is that he was a Reanimation, he was dead and brought back. What happened at the end was the Reanimation jutsu was undone, which meant he was gonna go back to the land of the dead. But he knew how to prevent himself from going back. So he released himself and was able to stay in the world. So, he won the fight in the end.

Basically, the reincarnation Jutsu allows the user to bind the soul of someone who passed away to a dead body and control it, but Madara was too strong and was able to reject kabuto's control. At the end of the video the reincarnation was released because Sasuke and Itachi defeated Kabuto, but Madara able to cancel the contract with kabuto and keep his soul binded to the body.

I think the reasoning behind why they're not just all jumping in has to do with how powerful they are individually. With their level they could easily take each other out if the right move hit. They're individual strength is also their greatest weakness. That, and because not all of their jutsu works so well with each other, like the Raikage and Tsukage does. But realistically speaking, the only reason Madara survived this fight is because he can regenerate and now has Hashirama's abilities. So... (however reasonable) plot armor lol
