Orochimaru, hence the name "Orochi", uses snake-like attacks and always finds a way to escape death.
New stuff for Orochimaru: Combination Ultimate. Infinite substitution jutsu by using the block-button. To be honest, it feels more like a bug to me than a feature. They ruined him so much. One of the most powerful villians ended up with combos shortened in ugly ways and a terrible ultimate (he can transform into Orochi - why isn't that his ultimate?).

Orochimaru's moveset and Ougi in UNS1 is profoundly better than the succeeding installments. I wish they didn't tamper with it.

Sno [GD] Storm 1 moveset in general was the best. The jutsu with the Kusanagi? So much cooler than that snake bearer technique.

I like the moves from Storm 2 best, where he grows out of his own body. But after that, they lazily shortened the combos and now they look wrong.

In terms of what he displayed, Shippuden was undoubtedly his peak. The only he did in P1 was spar with Kid Sasuke and toy with Hiruzen.
His powers weren't explored until P2. Power of the White Snake, triple Rashomon, Orochimaru-style substitution, body mods... all Shippuden.

You move the stick in a direction quickly and then press the attack button right after. Its a bit tricky, basically like a smash attack in Smash Bros.
