This is a Fabulous way to instill a good work ethic, and the earlier the better. I have worked since I was ten years old and I learned so much in the process. Others thought me weird and funless but they did not know that the work was my fun, especially after I got paid!
This is great that you are teaching your grand kids what hard work is all about and if they work hard, they can pass that on to their own kids one day!! Valuable life lessons are an asset to our future generations!!
