COPD is a chronic issue, and breathing and wheezing since morning - which means this has been observed... that blood pressure though is off the roof, and that's acute... acute beats chronic.. so really, we won't know who is correct here unless NCLEX comes in here and weighs-in. This guy made this question of course he is going to make this answer the correct one... but between Mark K and DR.Z ... well mark klimek used to write NCEX questions so my money is on him..
@@Annie-k1w as i said, its really depends on who you ask... as ive mentioned, there's no way to tell who's right in this situation unless you get the NCLEX to give the right answer... problem with 4 is its a chronic issue, its been exhibiting that since morning, which means it roughly stable... now with a 200/100, that can easily cause a stroke even without symptoms... hypertension is known to be the "silent killer"...
