I have an best friend.she considered me as her favorite person. But now she left me and considered another person more than me.. I practiced your let go affirmation and it is very useful. But sometimes i feel regret about that i am not one of them and i am not enjoyed the life like them.and sense of loss about my best friend and my friends. I feel sense of loss of caring, love,importance.. Etc.. I want remove the attachment and let them go... I want to strong and happy infront of them....
