Soak your onions in ice water for about 5-10 minutes before chopping. It helps keep your eyes from burning and also limits the onion smell on your hands and clothes. I use this trick all the time!
I store mine in the refrigerator.. that’s helps as well

The chicken broth is really good in it thou, I bake my crabs in an oven bag and use the broth and butter garlic to steam it in.

You can tell people who aren’t from coastal cities. It’s no longer a butter sauce when you add broth and soda. Sprite in garlic sauce? No way I’m trying her garlic sauce when I can make my own EASILY. I believe that’s why the sales of her first sauce slowed down. Once people tried it, I’m sure many did not reorder it. I am one of those people. Still a fan of her and her family and I wish her much success.

Yeah, cause I got some of the original seasonings for my birthday and had a HUGE SEAFOOD BOIL, Blue crabs, snow crabs, lobster tails, oysters, I mean THE WORKS! Made the sauce with NOT A SHORT CUT! And it was a waste of my money🥴 I was PISSED, as much as I love B. That sauce was nothing like everyone's response with the hundreds of videos I watched about it. Just being honest.
