It seems that each of the girls had their own battles with the Black Mamba that relate irl
1) Karina being buried by high expectations and wanting to not let anyone down & hate since predebut
2) Winter and the doubts for the talent that surrounds her
3) Giselle and the never ending mocking that she receives and having all eyes to her, waiting for her next mistake
4) Ningning and the hatred and dismissive comments she receive by being herself
I believe episode 2 accurately depicts the life of an idol, including the expectations, difficulties, and hatred they endure on a daily basis.
Exactly what I thought while watching it!
I definitely feel like NL/Savage hinted at a lot of stuff in this (Naevies potentially doing something drastic to save the girls, relates to Ningning's lines in Savage near the end). I'm curious to see where Girls will continue the lore.
i think there's a new villain in girls since episode 3 is the end of season 1
and the starts of season 2 is Girls

It’s crazy how big this is getting. SM has created something special. Just to see how their MV’s tie in with the films is awesome. I now understand the Black Mamba and Savage MV’s even better now. It’s also crazy to think how much bigger Aespa can get too. Just think of all the people in the world who are anime fans…I can see them getting hooked by Aespa in these videos. You said that Aespa is on the peak of 4th gen and I agree. They offer things that no other kpop girl group offers….they stand out. They developed their own unique sound (Aespacore) , the SM Culture videos , the killer visuals , and top tier talent. I’ll be curious to see if other big name companies try to do something similar.

Huh, Nævis got switched to 나이비스. Not sure how I feel about that. On one hand, I got used to 나비스, so 나이비스 sounds weird; and 나비스 connects to butterflies (나비) and, at least in in English and Japanese, to navigation... On the other hand, now "æ" only has two pronunciations (Aespa 애스파 vs ae, Nævis 아이, 나이비스) instead of three (Aespa 애스파, ae 아이, Nævis 나비스)...
ok i thought i was hearing wrong, but they defintely were pronouncing it like "NAH-VIS" before not "NA-EE-VIS"
