I guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know of a method to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Darren Samir I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Everyone who disliked this video has never walked with wind down the road to heard the sound.. Not to mention has never burned out loud in silence for everyone's sake..
I've been listening to Melodeath since the late 90s; I've never heard a band combine such brutally-low vocals with a soaring-melody. Haunting and strangely beautiful.
I actually remember the first time hearing this song. If I empty my mind and close my eyes it still gives me the chills any day. It seems in popularity it is very much overshadowed by "The Unknowing"' but to me this is far superior.
I have listened to this song like 749 times and I have creamed my pants every time i heard the transition at 4:56. That's a lot of pants in the washing!
most of that nature imagery already appeared in my mind even before watching any of their videos, just by listening to the music, that's why they evoke and they do it perfectly (obviously talking about their more recent albums).
Man I was right about this new album. I knew after hearing this single before it was released and it turned out to be the best Omnium Gatherum CD yet. Jukka went from yelling and barking vocals to full time Death Metal growls. Great clean singing too, lyrics are creative, and they've went towards more of an epic progressive sound in songs like Everfields and Deep Cold. New World Shadows is with out a doubt one of the best modern melodic death metal albums in a long time. It's just fantastic.
I kind of had a feeling Mr.Juspem was involved in constructing this video. The song is quite magical. It shows elements from both old school and new Omnium Gatherum. Omnium Gatherum remains progressive with an ever-changing song (As always).
emmersive. beautiful. melancholic. layered. passionate. unique. METAL. awe inspiring.. a few words that this band brings to my mind everytime I listen to them..
A freaking masterpiece. Before i saw this video I went to madhouse, then got audioplayer and one evening i just sat in an empty chambr just like Jukka here and started this song. There was a lot of meaning.
The freaking guitar melodies in the song are outstanding! I've listened to this song probably 30 times already and it gets better with every listen..OG! OG! OG!
I sent an e mail to OG and they Markus replied saying new album recordings will take place in July and we can expect the new album in early 2013. He also said it will be more epic than NWS
questi Omnium Gatherum stanno proprio iniziando a piacermi...e dire che prima il growl e questi generi di metal proprio non li sopportavo... ----- This is a very beautiful song ;)
this video is fantastic, conveys a vulnerable reflection - like a memory. artists have that introverted dialogue and this video is the pinnacle of this concept. well done
There in front of a house a blind sacred standing He sees clearly that a way to float is not to escape Clearly pain a constant in every move And one refuses ceases to feel his eyes are not in pair He sees clearly that a way to float is not to escape Clearly pain a constant in every move Walk with wind down a road to hear a sound to burn out loud in silence for everyone's sake for everyone Everyone is awake
Ive had all their demos and cds!!! But my opinion is that their best singer was Olli Lappalainen!!! Their 1st singer!!! They are from same region as i!!! So we have met so many times in different ways...
@MrMig3 It's not just the Deathcore plague, it's also stuff within the current actual Metal communities. Melodic Death Metal, Power Metal, Death Metal, Brutal/Technical Death Metal, Black Metal, Viking Metal, Folk Metal, you name it. So many generic bands pop out and you can clearly tell but more and more people are shifting to simpler music where they don't have to use their brains to comprehend the stuff, and they are switching to the Pop formula of only listening to the more catchier tunes.
This album and redshift are the most impresive albumd ive heard by this band finnish death metal bands pulls it off great when it come to metal music i love how they mix diffrient sounds and stay with the melodeath genre thats incredible and takes a great group of teamwork like this band to be done correctly
@polarbear1110 Well, the song does have a Nostalgic Atmosphere to it, and the video captures that perfectly - using shots from their previous live performances, as well as Jukka right in front singing over the memories as they are being projected over him. Of course, we also have the birds, long time carriers of messages. I don't know, that's my take on this video, but to each their own, right? Although, at 1st, I as well was expecting something in nature.
DAMN GREAT SONG!!! THAT'S OG AT IT'S FINEST!!! Makes me also think a bit of their old stuff... =) The whole new album is gonna be a millenium's masterpiece!!!
Damn that was a great song, beautiful, very melodic. Very original too, "Soul Journeys" reminds me of the glory and early days of melodeath. (In Flames's Jester Race, Whoracle, DT's Minds I, Exhumation's Seas of Eternal Silence.) Wouldn't surprise me if this new album was the best OmG had to offer, definitely a improvement on Jukka Pelkonen's part.
@dimaman15 They are good to. Omnium Gatherum is also a change of pace from In Flames, Dark Tranquility, CoB, and the slew of metacore bands that sound like Soilwork.
@IsoSokea It's not Insomnium/Swallow The Sun influence. It's the Finnish Atmosphere's influence :-p. Most of the Finnish bands who make beautiful music share that as a mutual bond of some sort. Take Ghost Brigade, Noumena, The Man-Eating Tree, and Rapture as examples. OG just took that route as well (although, I doubt they took it all the way), their blog confirms it too.
Is it just me or does anyone else hear some influences of Insomnium/Swallow the Sun? Well anyway, song is good and vid is great and I'm definitely going to buy the new album.
Underrated band....have no words for it.... chills...
Zdenko Vuksan Chills is shared bro!!
I guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know of a method to get back into an instagram account??

Everyone who disliked this video has never walked with wind down the road to heard the sound..

woah
@@unnaturalatrophy8073 it's the lyrics of the song lol, pretty powerful
I've been listening to Melodeath since the late 90s; I've never heard a band combine such brutally-low vocals with a soaring-melody. Haunting and strangely beautiful.
10 years later, this is still so beautiful! ❤
I actually remember the first time hearing this song. If I empty my mind and close my eyes it still gives me the chills any day. It seems in popularity it is very much overshadowed by "The Unknowing"' but to me this is far superior.

Omnium Gatherum is a type of group you can always go back to and never be disappointed
I have listened to this song like 749 times and I have creamed my pants every time i heard the transition at 4:56. That's a lot of pants in the washing!
I just really really hope OG does not stop making new music. Them and Be'lakor are really up in the "soothing" field. This song is just so good.
¡Que hermosuuuuuuraaaaa!!!!
Listening to this song gives the illusion of flying.
The perfect melodic sense of aggressive music! Absolutely great :)
Jukka is the man!
Love him, he's beautiful *_*
Please come to México.
Ilse Pérez Montes Espero y pueda verlos si es que vienen de nuevo.
Vengo del futuro y si ya vinieron en 2024.
most of that nature imagery already appeared in my mind even before watching any of their videos, just by listening to the music, that's why they evoke and they do it perfectly (obviously talking about their more recent albums).
Whoever disliked this can leave the earth
I'm not gonna miss them

Definately one of the best melodic deathmetal albums around, and it's not even uptempo :)
emmersive. beautiful. melancholic. layered. passionate. unique. METAL. awe inspiring..

Man, I finally got around to checking these guys out yesterday from heavy recommendations from friends. I'm mad at myself for not doing it sooner!
this video is fantastic, conveys a vulnerable reflection - like a memory. artists have that introverted dialogue and this video is the pinnacle of this concept. well done
Omnium & Insomnium, forget the rest!
There
in front of a house
a blind sacred standing
He sees clearly
that a way to float is not to escape
Clearly
pain a constant in every move
And one refuses
ceases to feel
his eyes are not in pair
He sees clearly
that a way to float is not to escape
Clearly
pain a constant in every move
Walk with wind
down a road
to hear a sound
to burn out loud
in silence
for everyone's sake
for everyone
Everyone is awake

These guys can become the new DT if they do their best!
Damn that was a great song, beautiful, very melodic. Very original too, "Soul Journeys" reminds me of the glory and early days of melodeath. (In Flames's Jester Race, Whoracle, DT's Minds I, Exhumation's Seas of Eternal Silence.)

Are Finnish metal bands required to have one or more bald band member? Great band, been hooked on this album lately. Top-notch.
heard it about 100 times
@asherpatience I can relate to every word you just said.
hell yeah...
whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... EPIC....
Is this music for people who can't handle the epic greatness of Dimmu Borgir? This is diet metal.
Adelaide? They're from Kotka, Finland :D
Somewhat remindes me Dark Tranquility.
This song was bloody amazing, their old stuff was great but this is ruthlessly beautiful!
\m/ O_O \m/
