Spot on it's all about reinventing yourself too in games and popping up where defenders aren't expecting it . Giggs and Sharpe swapped during games and it really confused teams . Last night with Rashford on the right he was a real problem

A Joshua Zirkzee masterclass! Much needed for the scoreboard watchers and non-believers. Top 3 technically gifted players in the squad and makes it able for us top keep possesion and creates multiple big chances a game. He will get in his bag regarding goals as well sooner or later..
Why do we speak about our new players like they have played 50 games already. I like what I see in Zirkzee but let's calm down haha
There could even be a striker in Garnacho in years to come. He’s got the eye for goal, pace to burn and makes much better decisions now compared to when he first broke into the team
I thought one of the biggest reasons we got Zirkzee was to replicate the kind of role Rashford had when playing with Weghorst.
I was so confused the first few games with Rashford holding the width, but Southampton was very encouraging, and Barnsley was VERY interesting.

Bruno needs to slow down his playmaking once in a while to allow others to take positions. We can see more control in the midfield with Eriksen in the last 2 games switching between quick counter attack and slowing down to retain possession and build up.
Bruno's best starting position is the bench
So any idea how can we make it work with Højlund?
I'm no tactico, but I'd love to see Hojlund at 9, Zirkzee behind him as a f9/10, and Bruno as the 8. We'll certainly see Hojlund and Zirkzee playing together this season; pretty sure ETH said so, too.
Alright Dave, do you not think Garna and Rashford work well together? It's surprising considering they play the same position but its been working well. Defenders don't know who to mark.

Not just Ruud but Rene too, both are very good acquisitions in the coaching department. Props to Ten Hag too for acknowledging there was a problem and changing assistants 👏

Massive changes compared to last season is now front three are well connected, theyre no longer separated entities.

amazing content man, but from my observation, it all looks a bit too narrow, i mean i get that we want to move it quickly through those diamonds and run at that backline, but it just seems like we are sacrificing the ability to control the game in the oppositions half and really use the full width of the pitch cause rashford and amad are coming inside alot and our fullbacks are not flying foward.
I think zirkzee and hojlund together will be fire.

Salah played as an inside forward under Klopp with Frimino but was later tasked with playing wider since the arrival of Nunez and that hasn't affected his quality.
Rashford should be having a matured game by now which I think he's kinda starting to do. We have two CF now, we don't need him to score or play in central areas, just affect the team positively. If he scores, it's fine but it's not necessary

Oh the reversed world of having a striker provide chances for a winger. Maybe they should have a center back as goal keeper too.
Or maybe just realize that when you have selfish wingers you are better of with an extra midfielder instead of a striker. It worked quite well at the end of last season

Bruno is the 1st player who needs dropping. How many midfielders have played in midfield with Bruno ?? The midfield area has been a problem since Bruno joined. Attacking wise Bruno is good, defensively awful and some of the decisions he makes are stupid. United can't be giving the ball away with so many players in front of the ball, but Bruno constantly gives the ball away leaving the defence and 1 midfielder outnumbered.

I think Rashford has put the ball on the plate for others, what… five times in the first five games of the season? It’s going to take some time to gel, but it is clear that Marcus is looking for others in a way he wasn’t, or couldn’t, last season.

You remember that terrible Rashford from last season? That was a Rashford who started the season saying he wanted to create more for Hojlund.
He's not a good creator, but he's our best goal scorer (including both strikers)
He needs to be more selfish; Hojlund needs to play to his strengths not the other way around
@Ebamber3 no rashford should play to hojlunds strengths or what's the point in a run in behind striker. Hojlund gets 20 goals minimum if he gets service.
I actually feel with amad on the right both hojlund and rashford will benefit more since he is a very gud creator
Rasmus isn't elite enough to be the only goalscorer, he has no history, or evidence of getting into the 25 - 30 goals, a season, like Haaland or Salah, to " just create for Hojlund, and he'll score all our goals", there's no evidence, why we need to spread the goals around the front line

Marcus was talking a lot down the boozer, but against a pub team he was excellent. How can you say Rashford is a goal scorer from only having 1 good season, He's not a good finisher and needs to be adding tricks to his dribbling and crossing, also working on his left foot. I'd rather see him benched.

I really like your analysis but sometimes you do a bit of premature ejaculation and contribute to the overhyping of the smallest things. United won (and Rashford scored) against newly promoted Southampton and League One club BARNSLEY ffs. Wait for a few more games before coming out with these? These 2 games isn't any "back in form". I really wish Rashford gets back in form though, nothing like an in form, lethal Rashford.
The club already gets the biggest media focus for any club in the world IMO. These sort of prematurely hyping up something only creates more pressure on the coach and the players. United fans then contribute on the internet to the pressure on the players whenever there is a drop (which there inevitably will be with United). I am not saying this just on the basis of this one video, I have been following your channel for a couple of years now.
Declaring every transfer "is a perfect fit" and hyping up tactics after 1 or 2 games is extremely biased.

I like the video but my issue with focusing on rashford is a bad idea his very inconsistent and we don't want to be a county attacking team
No attacker wants to play in a low block, where there far away from the goal, and have to beat 3-5+ players, to get in on goal
He's a low block counter-attacking player, yet, people complain about his defensive work rate, you need that in a low block counter-attacking team, he can't dribble apparently, well he's gonna also need that, if he's to be the outball required to beat 4/5 players when carrying the ball up the pitch, yet most of the goals he scored last Yr, came from winning the ball up the pitch, and him getting a pass near the goal and just instinctively shooting, he can't also be a low block counter-attacking player, yet apparently lost his pace 😂😂😂😂

@@nikhilsasidharan4245 Rashford also has an xA of 1.5 and SCA of 6. He’s absolutely served up several amazing chances now for teammates that haven’t finished them. That’s not to say “22-23 Rashford is back!” or anything, but let’s not cherry pick the stats to make the lad look worse than he has been this season. He’s been good.
