The Eucharist is not biblical Sir . I beg to differ with you bcos any doctrine that is established in scriptures must have emphatic mention or double mention. Above all it must be given emphatic mention in the apostolic teachings and Epistles. We must learn to distinguish Jewish practices from core Christian worship. What we fail to understand is that the New Testament is a Spiritual testament devoid of elements and symbols but the Old Testament is filled with this symbols and rituals pointing to the Christ who will be the fulfillment of them all.

We eat the flesh of Christ and drink his blood by believing his word. Not eating bread and drinking juice. I am certain that if Jesus could cut his fingers you will eat it. Hope you are not this delusional. Let's compare spiritual things with spiritual things Read Ez 3:1-4 And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness. And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them. Glory!
Thank you Fr this detailed explanation . Actually There’s no point responding to Abel to give him the fake popularity he wants. We believe in the Eucharistic, anyone who doesn’t believe it’s left for the person to decide.
Thanks father Oluoma, you're really priest in other of Makezede, this how every catholic priest should be speaking with the scriptures, putting all this cut and join so called man of God where they belong, for them to know that this the church that is formed by christ not men. Welldone padre
After listening to Dr. Abel Damina, my comment was he uses literature to explain the Holy Bible, interpreting God's words connotatively. You have done good justice to this Padre. I believe He and his followers will learn a lot from your teachings, though if they are ready let go of their ego and listen carefully and equally read the chapters of the Bible you were giving. The major problem of some of these penticostal members is that they are not ready to listen to this kinds of Gospel truths because the are not use to it before commenting but we Catholic though not all will listen to their pastors explanations of what they claim to believe before making comments or draw conclusions. That's the definition of true learning. Thanks so much Padre
Brilliantly done, Fr. You've shown Abel that just going to pentecostal laying of hands and studying the Bible can not be equated with 4 years of philosophy and 4nyyears of theology in the journey and formation of Catholic priesthood. Let him just respect himself and stick to his pentecostalism.
The Jerusalem Church was the mother Church. Leave sentimentalism alone! Catholicism started in Rome after the persecution and killing of Christians, including Paul. It was when Constantine became converted and made Christianity a State religion that Roman Catholicism started! You even claim it's the Church handed to Peter by Jesus! How? These stories are intentionally, strategically and deliberately created for sentimental attachment. Peter was the leader of the Jerusalem Church, and not the Roman Catholic Church. It was Paul, the Apostle to the gentiles, that spent time preaching in Rome, under house arrest. He was eventually killed, long before Constantine! How then is the Roman Catholic Church the one handed to Peter by Christ? How is it the mother Church? No Church before the Roman Catholic Church? What of the 7 Churches in Asia Minor that John wrote to in Revelation? What of the Jerusalem Church that was the rallying point, even for Apostle Paul?
I hope this message finds you well. I am curious about the Roman Catholic tradition of placing a large image or statue of Mary, the Mother of Jesus, on the right side of the church gallery. Thank God someone has finally deem it necessary to respond to Damina. That man feels he knows more than everyone. I'm not a Catholic but I love this response.
@tobymagnus4527 I am taking side because Damina does not talk with the mindset that he might be wrong in any of his biblical exegesis. He talks as if he wrote the bible himself forgetting the fact that we are all human and we are fallible.
@tobymagnus4527 it's not about attitude here to me Dr Abel Damina has kind of lost his spirituality that he now seems the bible more from his limited human knowledge instead of relying on the holy spirit for proper interpretation of the words.
I think I am most privileged to reply to these as someone with a deep Catholic background and family members as priests and sisters and as a theologian. Fr. I just watched 7mins into the video and I see you are trying to establish that the bread and wine are actually the body of Christ. If the bread and wine were actually the bread of Christ that saves then Jesus' death was not necessary anymore. And since you are talking about bread, would you say your bread is the same bread Jesus was holding when he was referring to bread in terms of ingredients? Well, the bread symbolises his body which is to be destroyed and not that the dread was his body and same with the wine. When we do communion we shouldn't over spiritualise it above the core of what it is. The message of salvation in illustration. Hence, Abel Damima position holds that if the communion table is a symbolism of Christ's death, burial and resurrection of which same is communicated in the sharing of God's word It therefore means the message and teaching of Christ is same as the communion table But teaching would be more effective than just giving people bread and wine to eat because they would still need same teaching to understand that that's a message like a melodrama of what the death of Christ represents. I hope these helps
I have a question? 1)What is the benefit of the communion as regards eternal life and eternal salvation? 2) what happens to a Christian who does participate in communion?
Thank you Sir for that profund statement Every convenant is established by sacrifice. Qst Sir What convenant did the blood of Jesus shared on the Cross established????
Dear Rev. father Oluoma, I hope this message finds you well. I do really appreciate your time and explanation, thank you for the knowledge. I am curious about the Catholic tradition of placing a large image or statue of Mary, address as the Mother of Jesus, on the right side of the church gallery. Could you kindly explain with biblical reference(s) the significance of this practice and its deeper meaning in the Church's teachings? I have seen a lot of catholic members kneeling before this gigantic image praying. Thank you for your time and guidance. Blessings, Akor Solomon O.
Until you understand the symbology in Christianity which has its roots in so many culture preceding the Christian era ,you'll continue to get confused and obfuscated. (Num. 21:8-9). One had to look at the bronze statue of the serpent to be healed, which shows that statues could be used ritually, not merely as religious decorations. Catholics use statues, paintings, and other artistic devices to recall the person or thing depicted. Just as it helps to remember one’s mother by looking at her photograph, so it helps to recall the example of the saints by looking at pictures of them. Catholics also use statues as teaching tools. In the early Church they were especially useful for the instruction of the illiterate. Many Protestants have pictures of Jesus and other Bible pictures in Sunday school for teaching children. Catholics also use statues to commemorate certain people and events, much as Protestant churches have three-dimensional nativity scenes at Christmas. If one measured Protestants by the same rule, then by using these “graven” images, they would be practicing the “idolatry” of which they accuse Catholics. But there’s no idolatry going on in these situations. God forbids the worship of images as gods, but he doesn’t ban the making of images. Early in its history, Israel was forbidden to make any depictions of God because he had not revealed himself in a visible form. Given the pagan culture surrounding them, the Israelites might have been tempted to worship God in the form of an animal or some natural object (e.g., a bull or the sun). But later God did reveal himself under visible forms, such as in Daniel 7:9: “As I looked, thrones were placed and one that was Ancient of Days took his seat; his raiment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames, its wheels were burning fire.” Protestants make depictions of the Father under this form when they do illustrations of Old Testament prophecies. The Holy Spirit revealed himself under at least two visible forms-that of a dove, at the baptism of Jesus (Matt. 3:16; Mark 1:10; Luke 3:22; John 1:32), and as tongues of fire, on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1-4). Protestants use these images when drawing or painting these biblical episodes and when they wear Holy Spirit lapel pins or place dove emblems on their cars. But more important, in the incarnation of Christ his Son, God showed mankind an icon of himself. Paul said, “He is the image (Greek: ikon) of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.” Christ is the tangible, divine “icon” of the unseen, infinite God. We read that when the magi were “going into the house they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshipped him. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts, gold, frankincense, and myrrh” (Matt. 2:11). Though God did not reveal a form for himself on Mount Horeb, he did reveal one in the house in Bethlehem. Common sense tells us that, since God has revealed himself in various images, most especially in the incarnate Jesus Christ, it’s not wrong for us to use images of these forms to deepen our knowledge and love of God. That’s why God revealed himself in these visible forms, and that’s why statues and pictures are made of them. Do you know one can be juxtaposing religious objects (Crucifix) with idols, with out knowing that the much value he/ she places on paper money alone for an example, has already made that money his or her idol. For example your family and close friends probably know you better than you think. If your spouse, children or friends look like they want to head for the hills when you bring up the subject of money (again), it may be an idol. Luke 6:45 says “the mouth speaks what the heart is full of” (NIV). A certain amount of money talk is healthy and necessary, but the subject shouldn’t come up every day. Don’t let an obsession with money damage or ruin a relationship. What do you think about when you first wake up? What’s on your mind just before you fall asleep? If your first and last thoughts of the day are centered on money-earning more, saving more, spending more or paying off more-it may be an idol. The Bible tells us we control our own thoughts, and we are to take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). So idol are not limited to statues A splendid day ahead of you !
Theses isthe matter of heaven and hell. thanks Fr for defending what christ wants for his people. If our lord and redeemer said if anyone eat his body will live , we cannot say not. We all know that Jesus Christ never gave his phiscial body and blood to us but but gave the authority to priest to act in his name and turn bread in to his body and blood just as he himself did on the last supper to the bread and wine which he turn to his boody and blood. When The only problem is our lord is letting everyone to grow together and at the time of harvest he will separate the goats from sheep. If anyone deny what our lord said , he will meet him on his or she day with christ.
I marvel that this Catholic priest is truly more humble than a supposed all knowing Abel Damina. He apologized if his response was offensive to him, something that Abel Damina never does. He will rather grandstand when he's proved wrong. He would make mockery of the other fellow instead of being humble. There are indeed first that will become last on that day
Father made some vital fact on the subject and also on the pattern of God's action: By "eating" Adam brought condemnation. By also "eating" of the broken bread (The body of Jesus) we receive Jesus Christ and salvation comes ! Powerful.

Weldon Padre. God bless you . That was a detailed explanation. Thank you
Am always happy to listen to your preaching and Abel Damina own...both of you stand for the truth not for money sake. Look at the way you respond to what he preach..very calm and understanding...love you both...both of you should keep the word of God alive.❤️💖💗💕❣️
With 8 years in the seminar!!!!
I beg, it's no joke.
But Abel Daminas did not respond with the same maturity.
Abel was wrong! as a child of God you are not supposed to attack just any thing you don't understand especially concerning christiànity
thank you, Fr., for this insight, after listening to that pastor, I have always been waiting for this from the church. God bless Fr.
So humble as you are Father! Thank you so much. God bless you.
Thank you Fr. for this great insight into the scriptures and the holy eucharistic.
I thank you and Fr Ugwu for how you take the time to respond to these guys who talk from the two sides of their mouths. Unfortunately, they feed on the gullibility of the people who flock around them. You see people who do not know of any of the original languages of the Bible come up with a crazy thought to trend. Bravo for what you do. The truth remains that you can never twist the Truth. No be today we begin see nde mgbu.
More wisdom Fr. Thank You for this
God bless you man of God. Thanks dear Fr
Thank Padre for taking out time to explain lovely and kindly to this matter
Thanks for this clarification; moreso the maturity with which you responnded. This clearly shows the enlightenment with your education and the distinction between catholics priest and others. We need to desist from making the christian faith an atmosphere of needless wranglings and avoidable controversies.
Did u read his initial letter?because Abel paid him back in his own coin him come cool down
As u are saying dt did u hear his intro Wen he apologized incase Abel finds his initial letter offensive.....one problem wt ppl like u is dt wen u emotional attached wt somebody everything abwt u will be bias both in thinking and judgement to his or her advantage
@@chidubemaniekwuilo4118 I think it's yourself u are talking about. The fathers letter was offensive and the reply was the same.now the father has learnt to tone it down which is a good thing.
Shame on you.

So sound as ever Rev Fr Oluoma as ever.
I've always loved and will continue to love your sound Catholic Teaching.
Thank you, Padre, for the clarifications 🎉🎉❤
Thank you fr for throwing more light on this breaking of bread.
Your explanation is profound.
Thanks, Padre, for this humble and in-depth explanation 🙏
I pray, pastor Damina will reciprocate the same humility in his acknowledgment or response 🙏
Great explanation and insight about the Eucharist,I sincerely appreciate your submission , especially on understanding of Gods Pattern.
Thank you so much, Fr. Emmanuel
You have gotten a subscriber just now Fr. May God keep blessing you in knowledge, 🙏 ❤wisdom and Understanding
I love my Catholicism
Thank you for this rich teaching and enlightenment.
For me personally I like you and Abel. Your teachings will liberate those that are liberatable from religious fraud.
You can’t love sound doctrine and follow a mad and deprived man like Damina.
Your explanation leaves no room for doubts.
God bless you Padre.
I knew this practice is biblical but couldn't defend it.
I now have a good understanding of the practice (communion)
Yes a good understanding of the flesh.
We eat the flesh of Christ and drink his blood by believing his word. Not eating bread and drinking juice.
I am certain that if Jesus could cut his fingers you will eat it. Hope you are not this delusional.
Let's compare spiritual things with spiritual things
Read Ez 3:1-4
And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness. And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them.
Glory!
🙏 Thanks Fr Oluama for your Elaborate explanations
8 years of studies in the Seminary is not a joke. Well done, Father.
Brother not 8years but 17years
@Anthony-sb4lu yes, if you include minor seminary and preparatory year.
Which eight years? We are talking of 16-17 years in the seminary
@NnamdiAnekwe Major seminary, I mean.
Yeah you're right
Some even spend 20 and above in the seminary.@@Anthony-sb4lu
Thank you Fr for the explanation. I hope he listens
Thank you Fr this detailed explanation . Actually There’s no point responding to Abel to give him the fake popularity he wants.
We believe in the Eucharistic, anyone who doesn’t believe it’s left for the person to decide.
The response from this man is good . He puts the other in a box . This action speaks volumes !
I agree with you bro no need......
Thank you so much Rev. Fr. Oluoma
We're getting you Fr. ✝️✝️🌹✝️🎤
Thanks father Oluoma, you're really priest in other of Makezede, this how every catholic priest should be speaking with the scriptures, putting all this cut and join so called man of God where they belong, for them to know that this the church that is formed by christ not men. Welldone padre
So Abel was speaking from what?
Thank you so much padre, fr please also throw light on baptism thanks
So u would look away from the idolatry?
@@genks4453What u dont understand is bigger than you.Bible is not a literature
@@genks4453 what do u understand by idolatry
It's a waste of time! Fr. Has no business talking to him in the first place. First of all, what qualifications does Abel Damina has?
What idolatry? @@genks4453
I agree with the Rev Fr on this one
Am so happy with padre most catholic did not attend Induction curse so our brother able will quickly confuse them
Thanks for this teaching
Thank you for putting this straight.
God bless you for this response Fr.❤❤
More grace father let the true spirit of God take over
Chaii my Rev father carry go enlighten them make them learn, catholic the mother church 🎉❤
Please read my comments above.
Could you please implore the rev father to kindly explain the significance of this practice and its deeper meaning in the Church's teachings as the mother church?
I have seen a lot of catholic members kneeling before this gigantic image and praying which is against the teachings of the scripture.
And again, what happened before Roman catholic separated from Eastern Orthodox?
Thanks for your time, take no offense please 🙏
Well done Fr.
Good catechesis🙏🏽❤️
Thank God someone has finally deem it necessary to respond to Damina. That man feels he knows more than everyone. I'm not a Catholic but I love this response.
Stop this he feels, there's absolutely nothing wrong with Damina or Father debating this issues. Stop taking sides
Exactly Sir.
Thanks
@tobymagnus4527 I am taking side because Damina does not talk with the mindset that he might be wrong in any of his biblical exegesis. He talks as if he wrote the bible himself forgetting the fact that we are all human and we are fallible.
@@emmanuelayodele7901 my brother your attitude won't help.
@tobymagnus4527 it's not about attitude here to me Dr Abel Damina has kind of lost his spirituality that he now seems the bible more from his limited human knowledge instead of relying on the holy spirit for proper interpretation of the words.
So clear.
Thank you Father
Catholic priest should be doing more public teachings like this to stop the APOSTACY
Which apaostacy?
Hence, Abel Damima position holds that if the communion table is a symbolism of Christ's death, burial and resurrection of which same is communicated in the sharing of God's word
It therefore means the message and teaching of Christ is same as the communion table
But teaching would be more effective than just giving people bread and wine to eat because they would still need same teaching to understand that that's a message like a melodrama of what the death of Christ represents.
I hope these helps
Thank you Fr.
Thank you Padre for deep insight 🎉
Thanks ❤
I have a question?
1)What is the benefit of the communion as regards eternal life and eternal salvation?
2) what happens to a Christian who does participate in communion?
Great and purposeful expression. As a Rosicrucian student i understand the importance of that alchemy.
I see as a student of Rosicrucian it is proved that is so effective to practice
Thank you father for schooling global baba
Thank Fr. The Eucharist is enacting the same sacrifice of Christ.
❤ you are on point fada
Thanks Fr for your clear explanation. I have really learnt a lot . God bless you
This is theology, Exegesis and Sacrament of Eucharist at its best
You are good man 😊😊😊
Thank you Sir for that profund statement Every convenant is established by sacrifice.
Qst Sir What convenant did the blood of Jesus shared on the Cross established????
The new and eternal convenant
First ...know what is a covenant ?
Then progress from there !
Dear Rev. father Oluoma,
I hope this message finds you well.

Akor Solomon O.
So idol are not limited to statues
A splendid day ahead of you !

thanks Fr for defending what christ wants for his people.
When
The only problem is our lord is letting everyone to grow together and at the time of harvest he will separate the goats from sheep.
If anyone deny what our lord said , he will meet him on his or she day with christ.
Great teaching padre
Yhe word of God is easy to understand. Damina followers will be telling you its for the advance mind.
Shey damina don pass him boundaries 😊
More Grace padre
I marvel that this Catholic priest is truly more humble than a supposed all knowing Abel Damina. He apologized if his response was offensive to him, something that Abel Damina never does. He will rather grandstand when he's proved wrong. He would make mockery of the other fellow instead of being humble. There are indeed first that will become last on that day
All damina is right damina teaching is more understanding simple
How do we physically participate in the mystery that God became a man to save man from sin to now live in man?
Simple and superb
This is deep! 💪
Father made some vital fact on the subject and also on the pattern of God's action:
By "eating" Adam brought condemnation. By also "eating" of the broken bread (The body of Jesus) we receive Jesus Christ and salvation comes ! Powerful.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Reverend, Listen to Dr. Damina complete series on the subject of the passover. No argument, holy communion is done away.
Sorry stop crying for damina, he's a lost teacher; why are u not countering this scriptures quoted here by this reverend? Instead you're referring him to damina's unscriptural teachings. You do so because yourself don't even understand damina's teachings but because u worship him, you don't believe he can be wrong
You probably didn't listen, or you listened without understanding. Why talk about passover again after Fr. has taken time to differentiate.
Hoky communion is done away with; by who???
I doubt if you comprehended what you listened to!
Listen to him as in who? Do u know how many years this priest was trained? Pleas tell your Damina to humble himself and ask holyspirit for understanding.
Bible is not novel or story book
Did you really listen or do you need a better understanding of English? The Father clearly differentiated communion from Passover and you still want us to listen to Daminas teaching on Passover.
Thanks fr.
But father in Matt 14: 19, it is emphatically stated that Jesus broke the bread and shared to feed the 5,000 men. Was that the eucharist too?
Please help me understand.
The holy Eucharist is the body and blood of Jesus Christ ❤
Defence of the faith is more important than when we first believe.
Thanks for this Fr.
