There should be some control of CV fighters. Not only stop baiting but what areas + ships to protect and what type of enemy planes to attack. Also a ship skill to call in air cover
1. Every month rotate tiers 6-10 between respawn, ranked, division, grand, etc. 2. Personal challenges every month 3. Reasonably balance OP ships like Atlantico, Smolensk, etc. Not nerf like Harbin but make it so they can't carry a whole battle. 4. Make rewards in all events achievable. This includes F2P in preview events.
Things to improve the game: 1) Skins. Obviously Space camouflages are ridiculously popular. Alternative HC’s to create sister ships. For example, U.S. lines. Do you know how many camos they could make with some slightly different stats and skills? 2) they need to make the alternative game mode worth playing. A bunch of us play the tournaments to break up the random game monotony. It’s what keeps us going in the game. If Royale, Grand battles, respawn gave more bonuses, they might get played more. 3) they have to keep the personal challenges going on the side to keep engagement up. 4) crates are fine for new ships. They have to release the ship within 6 months after the initial crate in a bundle or direct gold deal. 5)The Dive Bomber aiming rework! There has to be skill needed to land bombs. 6) Priority AA sectors and AA buff. 7)collection books are a good addition to the game. They need to balance out the F2P books with the Whale Books. More F2P collections would be huge.
@@RapidReload. I like all of the alternative game modes that WG has added to the game. Since the reward system for the events is so poor, I don’t see the point of playing them. Maybe you get a few hundred gold, some extra blitz pass points and some silver or boosters. To add incentive to play those modes and increase player participation, they need to buff the rewards. I’m not even talking about free ships for rewards. If they boosted the gold, xp, shipyard resources, etc…. They’d have more players willing to give up some more time to play the events.

I do still enjoy Blitz overall, but it’s been _really_ difficult to like it lately… I generally participate in early access and other events, but they now feel so lacklustre that there’s no longer a real incentive to take part in them anymore - hopefully this will change! Credit where credit’s due, I think the Advent Calendar freebies are a nice touch. This year’s Personal Challenges encouraged me to try out tech lines that I’d neglected (exactly the kind of thing the game/devs should be encouraging!) and gave players premium ships and other decent rewards without putting in _too_ much effort each time. The collection books have been generally good, though some are _heavily_ reliant on premium ships and legendary commanders… Agree with you guys that the community is the thing I like most about Blitz; the turret bug fix was a real triumph for the community! Let’s see if our feedback can achieve similar results this time 🙂
Yeah, the FOMO isn't here. I have 4 games right now pulling me to play over blitz and its just like why even play when other games have limited modes that make me need to play or miss out. Personal Challenges need to come back in force in 2024
A couple of things: 1. Remove token events and sonar sweeps 2. Make it possible to get at least the tier 7 in the reward tree during early access events 3. Personal challenges: More commanders, more t7 premiums (t6 and below premiums aren't really as fun) and more special/historical camos 4. For the love of god please nerf or remove Indomitable (dive bomber rework might make it better to play against) 5. More bomber variations (laser-guided dive bombers for every techline are getting a bit boring great example: Russian cv line) like skip bombers and attack aircraft that require (broadside) more skill to land bombs 6. Dive bomber rework 7. Better and more realistic graphics (shot-down planes disintegrate midair, ships that are just sunk have their turrets reset, islands look unrealistic and weird water animations for some ships like the Dutch cruiser line and British BC line) 8. Add the special camos to the armory (even if they cost a little more gold compared to historical camos) with better stats specific to the ship 9. Remove base capture and replace it with respawn 10. New techlines release at least a month after early access (too much waiting for 3 months) 11. Fix bots drifting, instant turret traverse, randomly switching between ammo types and smoke spotting 12. Better rental ships (let us put equipment, a commander and camos because rental ships aren't fun to play the current way they are) 13. Limit hybrid ships (one per division) 14. More Atlantico nerfs specifically to its secondaries (suggestion: -10% secondary dispersion and -5% secondary firing range) or limit it to one per division 15. Give us the ability to chart a course through the map and go on autopilot 16. More realistic ship lines and names at tiers that are possible rather than copy-paste (The South American cruiser would've could've line (we know they ignored the South American CC's suggestion for their own personal gain regardless of the heavy backlash) and Japanese unconventional battlecruiser split (unconventional mediocre AP and good HE also an unconventional goofy name like Bungo) are too late to change now) @Slai47 if they were to add the dockyard event to blitz as a new way to acquire premiums how should it be?

First of all I want to thank you both for your effort and your content throughout this year. I do have some thoughts that might improve this game that we all love 1. Introduce a mechanism that increases the skills of both ordinary camos’ and captains’ the more XP you add on them 2. Slowly transform the game from an web2 to a web3 app. Replace premium ships and captain with NFTs where players will be able to sell/rent them in a marketplace for gold or better a token that WG will introduce. WG will benefit by getting a commission from each transaction 3. Stop Grand battle and Blitz. Introduce events similar to SOS and ROW with certain premiums or types banned 4. In the point counting mechanism which affects which team will win, add a 5 or 10 bonus points in case of killing a premium ship with premium captain and camo. 5. In randoms change the maximum number of ships in a team from 3 to 4 7. Allow in battle changes on the equipment. (For example one will have the ability to an A/A built in case one is facing a CV) 8. Introduce gifts between same fleet members. For example a member high on silver can donate some to a fellow member. I do hope all of the above make sense! Keep up the good work!!
Thanks for all the work you guys do as CCs! I think a bot fit is something seriously needed. Especially their maneuverability and the fact that they can see in smoke. Bot games in a DD can just be a nightmare sometimes, and that really shouldn’t be the case. And the fact that the US bots are generally a lot stronger than the IJN bots can lead to some really unbalanced matches. Bot Des Moines OP.

I definitely think that there must be a change though is this game is to survive. I really think that you and Bob hit home with the issues facing the game right now. Carriers are OP, the game is really pay to play now, and it’s in desperate need of a commander rework. Wargaming needs to slow down with addition of new content and really focus on the problems at hand. I completely support what you guys are doing and enjoy your content. Thank you
This is a nice sum-up of the state. I started in januari, so not a year of playing yet, but this year showed a few improvem,ents for starters. The prizing though, that's hard. In WoTB they had passes for 4.99 and they went up to 7.99 within 12 months. However, they have events where you win things and even get gifted T6 premium tanks. For me a few passes here were more a starting boost then something else. (and this months, boy that's a let down) When I didn't need that extra 1 steel to get Mainz (Love the ship), i would have skipped, but for now, no pases here. Way to expensive. I'm not even thinking about ship bundles. You can buy food for weeks for the same amount. I'm curious if any of the suggestions you two made will be implemented. That would make the game more fun. Also more active players are needed, so they need to be lured in with nice events where even intermediate players can win something, not for whales where they can earn a few dollar discount and still have to fork over cash to finish. I liked Grand battle when there are enough players. Doing a 1v1 GB was terrible.
I really like World of Warships Blitz, I used to play only Wot on PC but now I don t even play that any more. I like it so much that I even started posting videos myself.
Still a nice game bit definitely alined with the comments. Nice events may not pay off for WG but keeps the entire community entertained. They should make good deals with it. I appreciated winning a legendary russian commander in a previous event for example which ultimately makes me want to grind the associated line and maybe buy a camo afterwards at 6000 gold for T10!
I've noticed a huge change with the milking lately. I've spent well over a thousand dollars on the game, so there's no issue to spend. They're just making the willingness to do so in the future so minimal. Stop with everything in sonar, make the loot boxes minimal, just offer ships for sale at a reasonable price. 100 for smolensk like you can go service yourself.
Making everything sonar sweeps and crates just kills all new ships for me. I will show them off but I couldn't give less of a **** about them right now. I'm not going to go for them.
@Slai47 Oh I agree, I don't have a lack of funding issue. I have a principal issue. I could spend mindlessly on their crates, and sonar sweeps... but I don't want to. I don't want to. Imagine the money, and goodwill they would make if they actually made ships available for clean all in one bundles. People would spend more, more frequently on the things they want opposed to people just spending nothing on the endless crates, and sonar sweeps. Everytime you, or someone else reviews a new ship, I'm like yeah thats cool, but I just know for a fact it's a sonar sweep or a .0000000001 ÷ 5 % crate. Making events actually grindable where the math adds up to being an to get the prize would go a long way to goodwill with the community. As well as making the blitz pass ships not crap. Throw some actually interesting ships in there, I'm talking ragnar, let's get a napoli in there. Imagine that revenue 25 a pop from way more people than trying to milk the few whales.

These are a couple of my opinions that would help blitz. 1 There should be at least two events per month (one small one bigger) I think at least one event should give us resources : free XP, commander XP, copper, steel, and titanium, and the other event should have a tree with some premium ships that are attainable 2 there should be at least one person challenge a month or two, but only one with a ship, and the other one could be with special resources.(this is one of the best incentives for playing this game.) 3 they should revamp the rewards in the legend league (more steel, and more titanium, and some gold!!) 4 the shipyard needs some more attention. In the six month rotation there should be more tier fives and six in that rotation. (copper has been useless lately.) prices have been real high.!! That’s why there should be more in the legend league!
Because in my opinion, even if they would only add one new ship a month, but do all these fixes I recommend, it would keep the game up and running instead of adding so many new ships that are unattainable
Gambling crates, sonar sweeps and waiting almost 2 minutes for a t10 match to kick off and the lame world chat. And PLEASE get rid of "let's do this" 😂
