What saddens me the most is Sachin used to play his heart out and try to take India to victory but this fixers made his all efforts to in vain. Many of his centuries resulted in defeat are because of this fixers.
And the most outstanding thing is Sachin was far far away from this fixing things!
Then came dravid and Ganguly era no fixing purely patriotic players that's why after their entry indian team thrashed Pakistan and all the other countries . Indian team really changed after Ganguly captaincy

Sachin has been also fixing matches and threw his wicket on very crucial moments. Mind it sachin scored centuries mostly when india lost. so no body was clean but different style. However, Kapil Dev, Azhar ud din, Jadeja were respectable players even Azhar is the most successful captain for india. Its shame that some idiots start talking without proof. Manoj parbharkar himself used to fix matches.
I’m from Pakistan and in my opinion Kapil Dev is India’s best ever cricketer, better than Sachin, Gavaskar or Dhoni. If a player like him is involved, my faith in this game will be completely destroyed. I respect him more than 99% off Pakistani cricketers. Please treat him with respect.
In my opinion whole cricketing world is fixed. If not If kapil was true he need not have to come to public and cry because he knew he is true and his god will make sure of it. Instead, he came and cry because he is not true and he knows god won't help and instead he needs to save his image.

Yes some low profile players are made scapegoats to save big players and board members. But at this point system is much clean comparatively. If anything happens, I think it mostly happens in IPL and not international cricket. Also IPL salaries are a lot so there is no angle of greed to some extent.
