Kya aap iski official government ruling / government orders available kara sakte h if yes then please provide it
There is a problem. The max ground coverage is 65% as per west bengal municipal law for plot area upto 200sqm. Also the free space giving by the law is 1.2m for 3 sides and 2.0m for the rear side for Residential building upto height 8.0 m. Situated by 2.4 m wide road side.
So plz tell me what is a difference between ground coverage and FSI?
And what will be the FSI of above mentioned case?
