I have a quick question, I won One three worded, horizontal line. One, four worded horizontal line and a five worded horizontal line.
I taken it to my local convenience store and he scanned it and immediately ripped it up stating I’ve only won £3, I asked for it back and he gave it me. he wasn’t listening to me,l basically saying it says £3 and pointing to the top left, where the price of the card is.
He gave me a pink slip saying I’ve won £3... it just seemed very dodgy.
What action can I take?

That sounds a bit dodgy. Maybe you could try contacting national Lottery if you got a picture of the card.
