Listen to it three times a day (morning, afternoon, evening) for seven consecutive days.
Before listening:
1. Close your eyes.
2. Feel your self in front of ALLAH Almighty.
3. Then listen to it with greater concentration and closed eyes.
4. When the recitation is finished:
5. Open your eyes and take half glass of water.
6. Close your eyes again and say “ALLAH” three times in your heart.
7. Then drink the water with closed eyes in three sips.
