So, I figured out the chords played by the acoustic guitar, its something like this: CM7 (x-3-2-0-0-0) Em (x-7-5-0-0-0) Em9 (x-5-4-0-0-0). I mute the sixth string so that it sounds cleaner. Its played in different order across the song, but you should be able to figure it out. Tuned in E Standard
