you buy the Line 6 brand name, Ampereo and Mooer sound much better.
I ditched the HX Effects. Traded for 5150 II made a killer profit. Sold it.
I almost didn't watch this, thinking it would be just another floor modeler with horrible sounding presets. I was wrong, the Ampero actually sounds good with useful presets to work with.

Pretty much every sound is useable. Not bad at all.

I'm trying to find a modeler or multi effects that doesn't cost thousands of dollars to use for local gigs and to record and practice with at home. I will never play to more than a hundred people probably and just can't justify paying for an axefx or kemper, and thank god we live in a time when buying gear is great.
Good sounding little rig. The acoustic guitar sound is incredible. I'm assuming you can mix it up?? Such as chorus with some drive? Either way very cool clean,with some killer drive/ distortion.

sounds good but in a way all sounds VERY Similar, they have that crunch in the hi mids always, from overdrive to hi gain and even semi clean sounds
You're right, I think Hotone did this as an attempt to avoid loss of _presence_ and to cut better in the mix.
Does it matter with such an tool, wich guitar you play ?

Factory settings
I have an Ampero too and she has a HUM on both the XLR, P10 and Phone outputs. Does yours have this HUM? Or is it a defect in mine? I've done several tests, changed the ground / lift switch, checked grounding and couldn't find a solution. Can you help me?

It says in video: Guitar -> Ampero -> Stereo out -> RME Fireface UFX, so regular stereo recording of stereo out from Ampero.

Éstas pedaleras son buenas para modulaciones,filtros y delays. Pero las distorsiónes son horribles y digitalmente frias por donde las mires.

Always use a powered frfr can best for these units
sorry but the distortion on here sound fizzy and not so tube like compared to AX8 , etc.

Horrible programming environment. Sounds good. Not a great working experience. It does sound better than the GE200. I’ve had both. The HX Stomp is better all around. Looks cool tho.

Its trash for the money u pay for it, tuner, drum machine horrible. The software editor kept crashing on mine, I returned it.

@@snicklefritzthetab8411the tuner and the drum machine are indeed badly done. Some effects are also too artificial. But for the rest...no complaints at all, you can get really good tones out of it and I'd say it's totally gigable, pretty good connectivity as well. No issues with the editor whatsoever in my case btw, it's super helpful and intuitive to dial in tones.
Apart from the chorus everything sounds digital and sterile. Try again.
If this sounds sterile, Helix is even more sterile
